My sister and I spent a week here. This place is amazing and highly recommended. It's the most stunning ranch. Everyone here is amazing and cater to your every need. I don't want to mention names and leave anyone out, but the entire staff was wonderful in every way. Definitely get 10 stars. Can't wait to go back. I can't say enough good things about it or it would be 10 pages long. Best time of my life.

This place is pretty amazing. The accommodations are extremely nice. And the setting is gorgeous. But the staff-the staff-go above and beyond in so many ways. They are what makes this place special. In the restaurant, the staff are very attentive but do not hover. The excellent meals are served promptly and cheerfully. You come back to your cabin after dinner to find the covers turn back on your bed and your bathrobe laid out for you. What more could you ask for? I found the beds to be incredibly comfortable, and the cabins are very cozy. They have real wood-burning fireplaces, where the staff prepare the bed of the fireplace with kindling just waiting for you to strike a match. There is a hot tub out on the deck. The bathrooms are gorgeous, with his and her sinks and toilets. There is also an amazing steam shower. You can take a cup of coffee from your coffee maker into the shower and sit on the bench, just steaming your heart out The other amazing thing about this place is the artwork. There is fine western art in every cabin, and everyplace in the main lodge. I think many people don't notice that, but take the time to linger and look at the artwork. It's gorgeous!

I wish I could give Triple Creek Ranch 100 stars. My husband and I just finished our honeymoon here, and we could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our marriage. The attention to detail at TCR is unlike any other hotel/resort we've ever stayed at. There is NOTHING they haven't thought of on the ranch and they will NEVER tell you "no" to anything. A couple amazing things that stood out to us: 1. First of all, the website undersells the place. But maybe that's because you truly can't put into words how luxurious and deeply personal this experience is. 2. There are 25 cabins total and capacity is 65 persons total. I believe they have a staff of about 155 people and each staff member you interact with will get to know your name and your wishes at the ranch. The service is unlike anything we've experienced before. 3. Our favorite surprises that they don't share in marketing: a) every cabin gets its own golf cart to drive around the ranch, b) on Sunday night we were invited to the owners house on the ranch (Craig and Barbara Barrett) where we had cocktail hour and were encouraged to tour the house, c) one day they did a gourmet outdoor barbecue by the pool instead of a regular (albeit stellar) lunch in the lodge, c) staff members on the ranch have cameras and take pictures of you during your activities, then at night when housekeeping does their turndown service, they leave a framed/printed photo of you from the day in your cabin, d) on our last night they did a whiskey tasting by the fire with s'mores... Ultimately every day they find a way to surprise and delight you. 4. The cuisine at TCR is undeniably excellent. Every day the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are changing. The food... wow, we miss it. Think of a 5-star NYC restaurant (without the busy atmosphere and reservations) and that's what you get here. We had originally signed up for the Chef's Table, but decided the "regular" food service blew us out of the water and we didn't need an even more exquisite dining experience. 5. The details of the whole ranch are astounding--the art, the decor... every little touch they could put on the place has been done. It's really stunning. The staff members who stood out to us: Matt (sommelier), Lucas & Aaron (rooftop bar) and the General Manager David. These guys are top notch at what they do; very welcoming, thoughtful, fun and friendly. There is SO much more we could share about our outstanding experience at TCR, but I'd be basically writing a book here. If you're looking for an amazing, 5-star luxury, all-inclusive stay in a beautiful remote area with many activities at your fingertips... look no further than TCR. I believe the return rate of guests is a bit more than 80%... I'm honestly surprised it's not 100%! We truly can't wait to get back to Triple Creek Ranch. We WILL be back. And maybe we'll just move there.

I love Montana's natural beauty and am working to try its many ranches, resorts and activities to recommend to my friends and family who stay with me when they visit my home just outside Missoula. As a fairly affluent traveler, I'm happy to splurge on accommodations and excursions if they provide great service, a unique experience and good presentation. I visited Triple Creek Ranch on 7/26/17 for breakfast partially for good food but also to compare this resort to others in the area. I was sorely disappointed. Triple creek ranch is a very beautiful, sprawling property in an iconic setting with great amenities. It's much like other ranches and serves good food in a large log cabin setting adorned with well kept tables surrounded by clean picture windows with mountainous views. However, beyond a well priced breakfast that could have easily been $30 per person, but was moderately priced at around $20 per person of good quality, the service of the resort spoiled our trip. First let me say that Jessica, our server was a doll. That's about it. If you manage a property it should be instilled to treat every visitor as though they are a guest or a potential guest who would be spending a substantial amount on your property. We received a lukewarm greeting upon arrival and after explaining that we had called the day before, were treated as though it was a courtesy to have breakfast there without reservations. We were expecting a full restaurant with that type of response... come to find out the dining hall was almost empty. Upon finishing breakfast we decided to walk around the main reception area to see parts of the property that were accessible by foot just nearby-- the pool area, the courts and a couple of cabins. We were approached by a staff member who obviously came after us-- who then told us we cannot be walking around and aren't to be on premises for the privacy of their guests. Understandable-- but don't treat us like trespassing teenagers! Management/staff approach was not professional or classy in enticing future/potential business to come to their property. Please try next time to use a more diplomatic approach. Sorry Triple Creek Ranch, you lost out on our recommendations on the grounds of the warmth of your customer service. I suggest you treat every visitor as though they're a guest who will potentially spend 4K a night. My husband and I have stayed at Paws Up resort who offers a similar, if not more expensive experience, but with staff members eager to answer any questions or attend to needs. At no point were we interrogated about the nature of our business during our visit there. If considering a resort, TCR would not be my first choice but can see how their common areas, dining offerings can be appealing but I caution that their customer service is variable and not exceptional. Two stars for the beauty of the property and for the value of the food but had to deduct 3 for the service, value and overall experience.

Remember being a kid and having to walk away from the Sleeping Beauty castle at Disneyland, knowing that it's time to go home. Remember that pain and sadness that you felt not knowing when you would return...yeah that's how I felt in my 30's when having to leave Triple Creek Ranch. It's really that magical. Triple Creek Ranch offers a first class, all inclusive, adults only experience. My family and I stayed here for 6 nights over the Christmas holiday and had an amazing time. Service: Everyone at the Ranch was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of the facility. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy, entertained and satisfied from the moment you arrive to when you check out. It was like everyone at the facility had a PhD in hospitality. You do not have to think about a thing, they literately take care of everything. Thank you Catherine,Taylor, Jessica, Kelly, Jennifer, Cara, Josh and team. Food: Unbelievably delicious. See pics of menus below. TCR offered three meals a day which you could eat pretty much wherever you wanted - from the dining room, rooftop bar or have it delivered to your cabin. And yes, they will deliver a beautifully cooked, perfectly presented meal in 3ft of snow with no problem at all! Each menu offered plenty of options to choose from and changed daily. All wine, beer and liquor are included. Accommodations: The log cabins are absolutely perfect. We stayed in El Capitan, a two bedroom/ two bathroom cabin down the hill from the lodge. It was the perfect location, set back away from the other cabins offering an abundance of privacy. The cabin had an amazing hot tub which we used at least two times a day. The rooms are cleaned daily and turn down service is available in the evenings. From shampoo (Molton Brown products) to toothpaste, TCR supplies you with everything you need throughout your stay. The minibar and fridge is fully stocked with wine, liquor and soft drinks and refilled daily/nightly. The cabin also had a huge steam shower which was also a plus. Aside from the hot tub, the next greatest feature was the wood burning fireplace which we used continuously. For the holiday, they even set up a real Christmas tree with multicolored lights and decorations. They also added festive holiday decor from stockings over the fireplace to candy canes and Santa wine covers, making the cabin feel like home. Overall the cabin was extremely clean, well maintained, spacious (huge actually) and comfortable. All Inclusive: Aside from the meals and beverages, TCR offers a ton of activities. From tubing (behind a snowmobile), horseback riding, snowshoeing, skijoring (if your not familiar, google it - I recommend everyone try it once), ice fishing, panning for sapphires, nature tours - the list goes on. Dog sledding, trap shooting and snowmobiling are also offered for an additional charge and can be arranged through activities. Attire: Forgot your snow boots, gloves, heavy jacket or ski pants? Not a problem. The TCR has all the gear you need in various sizes for you to use during your stay at no additional charge. I'm pretty sure that if you showed up during the middle of winter in shorts and a shirt, they would find you the proper attire or whatever needed to get you situated and comfortable. When I say that the staff goes above and beyond - they do an amazing job. Overall: There are really no words to express how amazing this place is. Almost every person I met was a repeat guest; whether that be for a 3rd or 14th time. Go there once, you will see what I mean; it's truly magical.

What can I say.... 5 star all the way... to Grant, Chelsea and Kristin from the stables... And of course Josh looking after us in the bar..All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly special experience. The rooms are absolutely SPOTLESS and the staff really understands the balance of making you feel totally looked after without any inconvenience or bother to you. Even their off site relationships ; From Eddie and marvin of the Hamilton gun club, to steve with fly fishing were spectacular; making sure to treat you with respect and guidance while keeping it fun and light. Can't wait to go back!!

We flew into Missoula and spent one night at a downtown hotel before making our way to the ranch. From the moment the RC driver met us in the hotel lobby to the time we were dropped off at the airport we were impressed. The experiences at RC was totally awesome. Each time we would head out with our private guide we embarked on an unforgettable journey. We started off as a family doing the UTV tour of the ranch. Absolutely beautiful and serene time! One of my favorite experiences was the respite by the creeks edge. The staff had made a fire for us, placed some hammocks out, some games and books on our picnic bench. This was of course accompanied by a great bottle of wine and a charcuterie board! Our kids did some fly fishing while mom and I relaxed that afternoon. All of the facilities are top-notch and there is a ton of detail at every turn on this property. Some of our favorite shooting experiences were the rifle range and revolver shooting course with our guides Karson & Robert. The food at RC is an experience in itself and as good as you can imagine. We were lucky enough to meet the new chef Zach and he is truly passionate about his work! His first meal at the ranch was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was absolutely incredible & ultra tasty! The entire staff was so kind and attentive to us which we truly appreciated. Many thanks to Candace to making sure everything was perfect for us! Emily our breakfast server was so kind and thoughtful in the way she greeted & served us each morning! Brett was our dinner server most nights and he was always a joy to be around. He was also quite fast on the 5k Thanksgiving day but not quite as fast as Reed! Overall we had a some incredible expierences and plan to return to RC in the near future!

He's a master at developing flavors and creating beautiful dishes using local meats and fresh vegetables. His potatoes are legendary, and his cobblers are the best I've ever had! The quality of the food and wine are first class. The all inclusive aspect allowed us to try many new things. Fly fishing was fantastic, and our guide, Henry, was very patient with us newbies. His instructions miraculously saw us both catching cutthroat trout. We also did archery (super fun!), horseback riding, and had a ton of fun doing some distance shooting. I was very intimidated, but with fabulous instruction, felt relaxed and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed some hikes and gem mining to round out our time. Highly recommend a getaway to The Meadows.
