This is very frustrating and upsetting as their mistake has affected my appearance and confidence. I now have to wear long sleeves even in the Miami summer. As someone who loves self care, the experience I have here, makes me forget the crazy stress or outside world for the moment. Today I was driving down from Boca and of course if you know Miami traffic - 9 times out of 10 you know it's going to be an unpredictable drive. Fortunately, I gave a call about 8:30am for my 10am appointment to inform them that I may be running behind. However, the stress and anxiety I had about my drive was quickly diminished as they adjusted my appointment time. Service here is always consistently SUPERB! Once arriving, I went into the waiting area to drink a hot tea and relax. My masseuse was super friendly and amazing as well. Since I did the lymphatic body massage today, they give you a disposable bikini to dress into. I informed her of my problem areas and she got to work. She started on my midsection/waist which I loved because as a woman dealing with bloating, this massage helps! It gets your waistline snatched! Also, I love when they pull out the tools to really help get into different parts of your body. They also have the infrared sauna which on top of your body massage really allows you to sweat out toxins! I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you're looking to look more tone on top of your workout regime or looking for a relaxing experience in Miami Beach.

I contacted him via yelp to inquire if he performed lymphatic drainage massage and thankfully he did. He gave me a quote and even reduced it for me upon request without hesitation. Since I contacted him before my surgery, he was able to develop a relationship with me before we even met. He would periodically check in to ascertain my mental state before surgery. Once I had my surgery he checked in to see how my recovery was going and to ensure me that he was ready to begin as soon as I got clearance from my surgeon. Once I began sessions with Roman I was pleasantly surprised to see that he confirmed our appointments days and the night before. He was always prompt and he always stayed over the time we agreed to! Any time that I complained of an area that wasn't initially discussed to work on he did anyway! I ended up getting sore in places outside of where I had anticipated so I often needed a combination of methods in addition to the lymphatic drainage we agreed to. He was very pleasant, approachable, friendly and warm during my sessions. He was very thourough and would not allow himself to overlook any area. I always felt much better after a session with him. Anyone who selects Roman will NOT be disaapointed! Guaranteed!

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Pazmino and his team, I would. The moment I met him I felt…read morecomfortable. He was very thorough in explaining the different options for me in order to achieve what I wanted. He never told me what HE thought I needed but rather listened to and made sure he understood what I wanted. He's very professional and cares for his patients. Any questions I had throughout the process were well addressed. Cathy was more than helpful with helping me understand when I wasn't understanding (I'm sure I was a bit frustrating to deal with:)). After surgery Dr. Pazmino was easily accessible to my husband and I when we had questions if everything was normal. His team at the hospital was BEYOND amazing. They were so kind and caring (that's where I had the most nerves, rightfully so). I was sent home with a 24hr nurse, Shanti, who also went above and beyond. In that 24 hrs she was at my house, she became family with my kids and my husband. I honestly wanted her to move in lol. Ive been so happy with my results that putting it into words here does not do it justice. I'm 6 weeks out and have no complications/problems. I feel like Dr. Pazmino is worth every dollar spent and I look forward to dealing with this him in 20 years when I need a facelift:)! Thank you Dr. Pazmino not just for what you've done to me cosmetically but also for how you've helped me internally. Im forever grateful to you and your team! Nikki Lawrence

I have so much to say:…read more 1. BEWARE! They asked me to post a review that Kathy typed on my phone when I was still high off the anesthesia the day after the surgery and offered free Botox for positive reviews. 2. INATTENTION TO DETAIL - SUBPAR RESULTS: uneven nipples, asymmetric lipo/tummy tuck results and extremely uneven scar. And they will still tell you that it's just swollen. Tummy tuck was botched first time. Drains were placed in a very uncomfortable spot and they left an awful scar above my private part that I had to pay to get revised. Revision was still not up to par - very noticeable uneven results, again! Overall, he's the type of surgeon you have to spell out every little detail of your expectations, including "nipples should align." I don't think patients should have to spell this out. A good surgeon would pay close attention to these key details. I regret trusting him. 3. POOR MANNERS: Dr. Pazmiño is not the greatest listener. He doesn't seem to like interacting with ppl much. He leaves everything to his staff who are great but they're not the ones operating. I don't feel like he cared to know what I really wanted. He made me feel as if I was asking stupid questions. I felt as if I was annoying him. He only spends minimal time and leaves quicker than you can blink your eyes. At first I thought maybe he's just weird but then he should not be a plastic surgeon. 4. LIES WERE TOLD: I had my breast done in 2006. In 2018, I stupidly returned for a tummy tuck that he refused to do in 2006. He said I would get a free surgery when my implant popped, and that was a lie. Only the actual implant is free. Very misleading! I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere and DO NOT trust the 5 star reviews. Those were likely written by staff and posted in exchange for free Botox to extremely medicated ppl post-op.

I came here for a consultation about laser treatments but unfortunately, the experience left me…read moreuncomfortable and discouraged me from moving forward. Upon arrival, I reluctantly agreed to have my driver's license photographed and retained for their business records, which I found unusual. Once in the consultation room, I was informed that before and after photos were also mandatory and that they could not proceed with any laser treatment if I declined. I was surprised by how inflexible these requirements were, particularly for the type of routine laser treatment I was considering. While I can understand that treatments require documentation and various precautions, requiring both a photograph of my government issued ID and treatment photos felt very disproportionate to the service I was contemplating. This combination of photographing my ID, insisting on before and after photos, and requiring me to sign multiple waivers for a consultation that ultimately did not proceed left me feeling as though their liability concerns were being prioritized far above my privacy and comfort as a prospective client. Two stars instead of one because, despite the intrusive nature of these protocols and the negative impression they left of the business, the staff remained polite and did their best to navigate a policy that they were not responsible for creating.
