The flavors are pretty mild but the moon milk definitely had the floral and "spiced" flavor to it. It was interesting and different than most ice cream around LA but nothing that made me go "wow" and want to get it again. The vanilla was very mild and tasted more like a milk flavor. Both scoops were creamy and smooth without being too sweet. The birthday cake I sampled was very sweet so I'm glad I didn't choose that.
