I contacted Essential E-sistant in 2016 after attempting to create my own website using a DIY…read morewebsite building tool from a web hosting service. My rather crude efforts resulted in a website that had very little chance of attracting interested customers, or even adequately conveying the message I was trying to send. My design was poor, my use of graphics (photos, buttons, and links) was the work of an amateur, and I was in serious need of someone who had experience in building an impactful website that would help sell my professional consulting services. In the end, that 'someone' turned out to be Susie Ferek, the owner of Essential E-ssistant. Susie worked with me to revamp and develop a website (elrhelpsource.com) that showcased my experience, advertised my services, and did it all by using a clean but effective user interface that was easy to view, navigate, and understand. The result was stunning. I now have a website that I could never have created on my own, for a fraction of the cost I would have taken on using other professional content developers. Liking the website so much, I then had Susie work with me to redesign and print business cards that, like the site itself, helped deliver a clear, concise message, while using an aesthetically pleasing and professional layout. I can't possibly overstate the value and quality of the finished product(s) I ended up with by going with Susie and Essential E-ssistant. But even as pleased as I am with the website and business cards, I was even more impressed with the time Susie took to learn about my business, the customers I was trying to attract, and the message I was trying to craft. I highly recommend Essential E-ssistant for all your graphic design and website needs, and will even be looking to Susie for editing assistance soon given the quality of her work.

I am a new beauty salon owner and had no clue where to start as far as advertising was concerned…read more So I spoke a few business owners that I knew personally as well as some local salons to find out what they were doing to promote their business. Some stated to some obvious marketing options and others stated that as a local business it was important to have an internet presence. So I searched and searched and finally made a decision to go with a small SEO company My SEO Gal. All I can say is that I am very happy with their services so far. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They set up a website for me, registered my domain, designed my website and optimized it too start showing up in Google for my local keywords. I really appreciated the warm reception I got from them. You can tell that they understood the stress that small business owners go through especially those on a small budget like myself! I would definitely recommend My SEO Gal to any business that is looking to increase their exposure online.

We are a cancer support group, and Carla at My SEO gal is aware of this. In December 2014, we…read morepurchased her link-building service for $150.00. Several days later, Carla responded that she would start working on it and provide us with regular reports. After a month, I hadn't heard from her so I sent an email. Nothing. Sent another, and another. Nothing. I was finally forced to file a Paypal dispute. Carla never even responded to Paypal. I didn't realize that I was supposed to escalate the dispute to a claim before the time period for a dispute ended so while waiting for Carla to respond, it closed. I emailed her again reminding her that withholding money from a cancer support group is like withholding it from the women fighting cancer themselves as 100% of our proceeds goes back onto our organization. Still, no response. We have now filed a dispute with the credit card company, filed an attorney general report, a BBB complaint, and a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I'm speechless that a person could basically steal money from an organization that supports cancer patients. Shame on her.
