It doesn't matter if you are walk in, same day appointment or 2 week ahead appointment, you will wait regardless. I had an appointment for a checkup. At no point I was told about fasting due to drawing blood. After being there for an hour, I was told to come back for bloodwork. Being that I already spent t an hour there, I didn't want to spend another hour for bloodwork. So I expressed my concern to the doctor only to be told about the many patients they see throughout the day, different services that's provided and many other reasons why there's a long wait. My concerns were not heard at all. Bottom line is, this office is ran poorly. They book and double book patients back- That's the real reason behind the wait. Bring a book folks and clear your calendar cause it's guaranteed to be a long one.

Their automated system puts you on hold, then adds you to their 'callback queue', and god forbid you miss the call because then you have to call back and start over. Only this time, when it asks you to enter your phone number, it tells you that they can't validate your phone number and just bump you back into the holding pattern. After 45 minutes, I gave up and will take my business elsewhere.

A friend told me to change doctors and recommended Dr. Mallouhi. That was five years ago. I am still here and not dead, so my previous doctor was unknowledgeable and, quite frankly, full of it. Dr. Mallouhi has found all the right specialists for my various health problems and has given me personal attention. He co-ordinates my health problems with all my specialist doctors and makes sure that they are not conflicting with each other. If Dr. Mallouhi treats all his patients with the caring and personal attention that he gives me, he deserves more than five stars.
