We went to Bistro Italiano for a works meal, as there were around 25 of us the chef prepared a special menu for us, which he told us he is willing to do for parties. On arrival we were given a glass of wine and bread and olives were already on the table. The food was great, I enjoyed soup followed by cannelloni, which was accompanied with salad, and for dessert a beautiful homemade tiramasu. All of us found there to be plenty to eat, in fact a few of us had to leave some of our food, quite a change to some of the measly portions you are given nowadays in restaurants! After our meal we were able to socialise and it did not feel like we had overstayed our welcome, even though we were probably there way past the time that the restaurant normally shuts!
