We Visited San Giovanni's today for our Sunday Lunch, with my family there were six adults and one child. The food was exceptional, apart from my sisters meal she had scallops they were over cooked and like rubber, unfortunately not to cause a fuss she didn't say until we had all eaten ours :( , and asked me not to make a fuss.
But at the price they charge I did mention it to the young girl who was serving us, and it so happened the manageress was by our table. The young girl asked me to repeat myself and shrugged her shoulder's, the other lady said she would mention it to the chef in a rude manner. There was no apology and she was walking away has she answered me, which made me feel uncomfortable.
I think the staff and management should except criticism, I wasn't rude and didn't like someone being rude to me.....
Myself and my husband have been here many times ,it was my daughter her partner's first time and due to the rudeness will be there last, also ours.
This is the first time I have ever wrote a review , but I do not like spending as much money as we did today ,to have staff and management being so damn rude. read more
