It had good texture, flavor, and spiciness. Peppers were a combination of chopped red, yellow, and green, and the onions did not overpower. The roll was fresh and soft. This may be my new preference. The onion rings were a surprise also. The coating was thick, very crunchy, and did not fall off the onion. The other standout was that there was no oily mess.
