Dinner here was easily the best meal we had over 8 days in Krakow. The restaurant is away from the center of town, but easy to get to either walking or by transit. It's tucked away off the street, so watch for the address and signs. The decor is current, comfortable, and modern; service is excellent (attentive without being intrusive, helpful, and the staff speak fluent English). Th wine list is good and it's worthwhile to try some of the local wines as well (we had both two Polish reds and a white). Our food came out promptly including a complimentary amuse; portions for entrees and appetizers were just right, the food was plated elegantly, and it was without exception delicious! I had the panzanella and my husband had the tortellini. For dessert we tried both the chocolate mousse and a more traditional cheesecake; dessert portions were quite large in contrast to the rest of our courses, but it was extremely tasty and a perfect way to end the meal. We will definitely return, and highly recommend Bistro 11! read more
