I arrived and was told they were out of the ceramic that I wanted and that I had said I wanted when I made my appointment. I made another appointment for Monday at 3:30. I ended up not going to the appointment on Monday because I didn't want to give them my business if they couldn't at least call that morning (or anytime before I made the 30 min drive) to tell me they were out of the ceramic. I believe the prices are a little high for this place as well, but hey, what do I know.. on the bright side, I was offered a discount because of the mishap.

However, they messed up an airbag wire to which my airbag light to come on. They got the problem fixed so it's not the end of the world.
