Met with Cyndi Andrews on Sunday October 16, 2016 to sign an agreement for pet sitting my cat 30…read moreminutes each day beginning Tuesday, October 17th through Thursday October 20th while I was out of town for work. My trip was cancelled on Monday, October 17, 2016, and I called Cyndi before noon the same day to inform her that I would not need her pet sitting services. She informed me that I would receive a refund and my house key. I checked my bank account early Monday to determine how much cash I would need for my trip before it was cancelled, and noticed she had already deposited my check on Sunday. I was required to pay up-front for pet sitting services. It is Thursday, October 20, 2016, and no house key or refund has arrived. I called Cyndi Andrews to ask where my house key and refund were, and she said she didn't know. She explained that refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process by someone else. I obviously became angry because "someone else" has my house key as well as my money. Cyndi Andrews hung up on me, and blocked my number. This is no way to do business, especially when it involves a customer's house keys. I am having my door locks replaced. I would NOT recommend doing business with Dog Walkers of VA due to their questionable business practices. I am also posting this to Facebook.
