Very fresh flavors and offerings here! Glad my bff recommended it after visiting 6 weeks ago, and…read moreperfect for a lunch time pit stop on the way from the airport to our hotel. The bread is clearly baked fresh and was nice and crusty on the outside and fluffy with the perfect chew on the inside. My mini me 1 inhaled her grilled cheese (of which my husband ordered the full size and also demolished his), and mini me 2 and I shared the toasted tuna melt. Good balance of tuna, celery, and bread ratio, but I didn't dig the olives in it. There's a mini kale salad that comes with entrees, and it was healthy and palatable for kale. We did end up balancing that green with the pistachio cruffin and pistachio chocolate chip cookie. Would definitely go back for the cruffin with its flaky layers and luscious pastry cream. Cookie was less impressive but still worth the impulse buy. Indoor and breezy outdoor seating available. Highly recommend!

We ordered and got a table inside right away. First impression is that its very inviting and cozy. Staff was so friendly. We ordered the lemon herb turkey sandwich, tuna toastie sandwich, and croque madam. Every single sandwich was absolutely delicious. The turkey had fresh dill and sprouts, avocado and this lemon jam which was the star. Tuna was so good. Some tuna is really fishy and this one had such a great flavor and the croque madam with that side of mustard was such a great combination. It was so good I came back during the week and had the beef sirlion sandwich that was so flavorful with the arugula and onion jam and had to finish it off with the best lemon blueberry muffin. Highly recommend if you are looking for good food with great flavor combinations.

Well my husband finally got to taste the Monte Cristo and he loved it. He was very happy with every component on his plate. I decided to have a combination plate so I could taste a couple of things at the same time and boy did I enjoy everything. Everything was super delicious and I can't wait to comeback for more. Restaurant is small but very cozy. Staff is super friendly

Just around the corner, I found their cute mom and pop restaurant. The interior is simple but clean. The staff were overly friendly and welcoming! I sat at there diner bar style seating instead of a table. Their menu has several breakfast and lunch items available. I chose the pork in red chile sauce. It came with eggs, potatoes, and beans. The food came really quick, within 5-7 min. It was delicious!! The diced pork wasn't dry and blended perfectly in their flavorful red chile sauce. I tried the green chile sauce too, and it's fantastic but does carry some heat (just a nice warm glow not blazing hot). The potatoes, scrambled eggs, and beans bursted with flavor in the chile sauce. The sides were plentiful in quantity. If you are in downtown Albuquerque, you have to try Baca Boys!!
