This shop is here and in Tubac, Az. I have a pepper infused olive oil from Italy that I am almost done with. I want to match it. BOO has 3 to choose from. I ll take my bottle from home and go to the closer store. I ll do a taste test. They also have a olive oil that has a hint of celery. Wonderful on Salads. I ll get both. Very nice shopkeeper. Excellent price. read more

I am a sucker for oil and balsamic vinegar places. Found one in Bisbee, Arizona that was delitefull ( I don't use that term too often for some reason). Started going through the shelves and two bottles caught my eye. One was cinnamon and fig. The other was a raspberry and cinnamon. Great for a sauteed reduction or marrinade, I hope! read more

The Shop is so amazing, and I happen to walk in yesterday and the rudest shop keeper I have ever encountered in my well respected shopper life....lol I made inquiries about some products....crickets and he walked to back of the store and when he re appeared still very dismissive and never even looked our way, I became aware that we were interrupting him while he was on his computer and my husband unaware of this proceeded to ask him if there was a good place to eat around Bisbee: OMG F^%ING A*&^%$ Bisbee Olive Oil Co you need to fire that person, this was yesterday around 1;00 PM because you have an awesome store !!!! read more

We stopped in here with our kids today and tasted the most DELICIOUS olive oils and balsamic vinegars we've ever had! The owner was very friendly and told us a little bit about the history of Bisbee. The shop is beautiful and boasts old brick walls, tin ceilings, and the owners collection of music and art. My family (kids included) were encouraged to taste all the different products. We purchased the white strawberry peach balsamic vinegar, chocolate raspberry balsamic vinegar, and the sun dried tomato parmesan olive oil. Wow. They are all unique and incredible. We've been to a few different olive oil shops and this one takes the cake. read more

Only shop in Brisbee that was rude to me. The shop had a sign out front offering free olive oil tastings. With anticipation, I popped in and asked for a taste. The proprietor couldn't have been more annoyed that I disturbed his time on his screen. Looking up from his phone, he asked me if I was buying. Taken back, I said I might but I didn't know for sure and just wanted to taste it for now. He said he only gives tastes to people who are buying. I pointed out that is not what the sign said and I walked out. Too bad for him because I had just spent over $350 in Brisbee after being in town for less than an hour. I likely would've bought a bottle had he simply been welcoming and treated us with respect. read more

This store is fantastic I love their frog balls. I would also like to thank the store owner for staying open for us on Valentines Day. read more

After having the balsamic reduction on the bruschetta served at Screaming Banshee, I had to check this shop out and I'm glad I did. There are samples of just about everything they sell at Bisbee Olive Oil which is very convenient before you purchase a whole bottle or jar of something. And surprisingly enough, there's much more than olive oil at their shop. You can find anything from balsamic vinegar, flavored olive oils, dip mixes, pickled goods and even unique gifts. My absolute favorite is the balsamic vinegar but I've never purchased anything I didn't enjoy. I only wish I lived closer to this gem. read more

The owner was very nice and helpful with our selections, and there are samples of everything to help make the selection since there are so many options available. There are oils and vinegars from Greece, Chile, and Italy and some are bottled in Phoenix. They have pure oils and flavored ones. We got 3 bottles for $18 each and got a free small ($8) bottle as part of a special. Got some fun bottle topper/pouring lids for $1.25 each to add to each for nice gifts. read more

Stopped in for a moment. We purchased seasonings only due to already having too much olive oil and balsamic vinegar from another shop from a previous trip. The tasting was great and we plan to return to get olive oil when we need it! The man running the shop is a little mysterious at first but opens up and is extremely nice! read more

A gem in the heart of Old Bisbee. It's all about customer service, and the owner, Robert epitomizes those values. We absolutely love this store, its products and the owner. We had a great experience while visiting Bisbee. I ordered some items, it arrived today in good old Maryland, in perfect condition. It was expertly wrapped and packed and you could feel the pride this store owner has in his products and customer service. We had a great chat while visiting the store and found out some political insights :) Thank you for a great experience, we will be back in the future. I will order online in the meantime, these are wonderful gifts for friends and family. Thank you Silke and Joseph Pope Greenbelt, MD read more

The owner/worker was pretty nice and rude at the same time. My relatives though that he was some rude junkie but I honestly though that he was a nice energetic fellow that just liked talking. He had a great sense of humor and was very friendly. I recommend this place unless you don't care for talkative staff. read more

Plan on spending some time here. Between tasting all the different oils and vinegars, there are stories about the town that Robbie, the owner loves to share so you can truly get a taste of this wonderfully "quirky" little town. I am glad he ships but even if he didn't, another trip to Bisbee would be worth it just to get more of his Kona Coffee and White Coconut Lime basalmic vinegars. Not to mention so many others there are to chose from. A person could go broke if his selection were any larger. Oh, and if you don't think you are much of a salad person, this place will change that for you. Guaranteed!!! read more

This super-cool brick warehouse tasting room (right next door to Santiago's in Brewery Gulch) might just be worth a trip to Bisbee. Grab a plate of bread for dipping in the 18 flavored balsamic vinegars plus 18 flavored oils. Caramel, Chocolate Raspberry, Cucumber Melon, Espresso, Pear and White Honey Ginger...just a few amazing balsamics that are perfect for salads, meats and/or drizzling on fruit and ice cream. And the oils? White Truffle, Bacon, Blood Orange, Citrus Habenero ... Not to mention the best-selling Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Garlic? Yum! All bottles are $16 and generous discounts reduce that amazing price even more! Any of these products and flavors -- or any combination -- would make perfect gifts. My advice: plan to buy a couple bottles of your favorite flavors, because you're not gonna want to part with with any of your stash once you get home. Our kitchen has a new row of 3 flavored balsamics: Pomegranate (great oil-free salad dressing!), White Honey Ginger and White Strawberry Peach (make a dessert of fresh fruit) along with Sun-dried Tomato & Parmesan Garlic oil (a pasta staple). We let my Mom have the Caramel "on loan". (Ha ha! She thought it was gift. ;-) ) read more

If you enjoy cooking then this is a store you must visit while in Bisbee!! Missy, who was working the afternoon we went into the store to explore was great! She was super helpful and very hospitable!! We walked in about 7 minutes before they were due to close but you would have never known because we were welcomed into the store so graciously. There are little pieces of bread available for you to try the different flavors of olive oil and vinegars. We did not try any of the vinegars since we were in a hurry (at our own choice), but of the olive oils we tried they were delicious!! My favorite one that I tasted was a portobello garlic olive oil - talk about YUM!!! But ultimately, I chose an oil that I felt would be more versatile to use in my cooking at home, Parmesan, garlic sun dried tomato. I've already found about 3 different dishes to use this in when cooking and would use it even more if I didn't want to run out of it so quickly. When you stop in make sure to give yourself a little bit of time to explore and have fun! read more

Bisbee is all about buying and supporting local businesses and this is by far one of my favorites! The owner runs the show from beginning to end and you can feel his passion the minute you walk through the door. There are tons of free samples to chose from so help yourself! I love the creative flavors and variety- it's not just olive oil. On out last trip, I purchased mushroom infused noodles ($9) and they were to die for! The small amount of leftovers we had were quickly eaten the next day. Definitely stop in and give this place a try- across the street from the Stock Exchange and Bisbee Brewing Co. read more

I just have to give rave reviews to this place. We went to Bisbee on a cold rainy Sunday morning. Not much was open. We walked around and came upon the Olive Oil shop! I Love olive oils and balsamic vinegars! The lady that was working there that morning was so so so helpful and welcoming to us. She told us a little history of the building (very neat) She helped us sample different flavors and told us some great pairings for them. We winded up spending a good half hour in the store. I left with the Sun-dried Tomato, Parmesan and Garlic Olive oil as well as the Black Walnut Balsamic Vinegar. I also purchased some homemade Basil and Garlic Pasta! This place is a gem in the middle of such a quirky town! Thank you so much for your help!!! read more

This shop is awesome! Not only do the oils and vinegars taste delicious, the owner, Robert is super nice! A lot of people in the service industry in Bisbee treated us more as a nuisance. Not here, he was happy to help us! read more

What a delightful store. All types of olive Oil and balsamic vinegar you could ask for. Stuffed Olives and you must try the "frog balls". This has to be the gretest store ever if you cook, even if you don't some of the balsamic vinegars are drinkable they are so good. Some you could use as ice cream toppings! I did the buy 4 get one half off deal, and still had a tough time deciding of which 5 to get. They do ship, so I will be getting more once I return home. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was really excited about this shop and sampling the products. Unfortunately, the shopkeeper was more interested in telling a story to a buddy than in selling his products. I waited at the counter, product in hand, politely waiting for him to wrap up his conversation and/or acknowledge me. It never happened. After what felt like a lifetime, I put the product back on its shelf and walked out. I really wanted to spend my money supporting a local business, but not when the shopkeeper can't be bothered to sell his product! So disappointing. I'll never go back and I will definitely share this negative experience with friends and colleagues. read more
