Warfuel kitchen @ Sierra Vista, you've permanently lost my business as a patron. I dropped in today for protein smoothie to go. There was only one other young female patron at the counter. She seemed to know the young woman behind the counter taking orders, as they were in a lively conversation catching up on each other's news. I patiently waited in line for several minutes while they kept at their social banter. The young female patron already had her bagged and paid for order sitting on the counter between them. After another minute or two, I found my anger beginning to rise over their rude indifference and no acknowledgement of a waiting customer... so I promptly left before saying something blunt to them. It's very refreshing to have a true clean food option. They have an option for grab and go and another that is made to order, both options are great. Don't overlook this terrific restaurant! What a wonderful concept and alternative to fast food burgers and fries. They have a few dishes made-to-order while you wait and quite a good selection in their refrigerator section. The containers in the refrigerator are visible through the top and clearly labeled on the side including the calories, carbs, protein and fat as well as the ingredients. I believe most of these entrées are on a bed of rice. There are two microwaves there for you to heat your meals if you want to eat there...or, they are ready to purchase and take home. I was looking at an easy option to help with meal prep or meals to go and was lucky enough to find this hidden gem last night. I took the recommendation of the house and tried the cheddar meatloaf and green beans. It had a little kick and was full of flavor. Not your mom's brick meatloaf at all. :) I'll order again. Today, I had to go back and pick up the gouda cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I know I'm probably in the minority when I state I'm Not a fan of mushrooms, but I just removed them and devoured the tasty burger and sweet potatoe fries. I didn't know healthy food could taste this good. The owner and team were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained how the process worked if you wanted to order online or in person. Unfortunately, my first choice was already sold out (a chimichurri beef bowl that sounded amazing) as I didn't know about the place until about an hour before they closed, so this is on me. I learned quickly that you can reserve your choices online with new menu options posting at 10am and 6pm daily. Also they are very close to Ft Huachuca if you are looking for a quick lunch choice. A great concept. The shop rotates menus weekly. The meals are designed to be taken home and microwaved, but the shop has a couple microwaves and tables if you want to eat there. I went several times and was satisfied with every meal. The ginger pineapple juice is also great btw. read more

Someone made the food at some point and then refrigerated it.
