What a lovely market to find both middle eastern and kosher foods. The staff is very pleasant and the quality and prices are reasonable. I always find something that I didn't need but looks like I need to try. I want to try their grill for dinner next time I'm in the area. Glad to have this in Tucson. read more

Great grocery store! Naan is amazing!! Baclava is fantastic. A must for any Middle East food. They make delicious kabobs that you can just cook at home. Staff is very helpful. This is a great place for middle eastern findings ! My mom and I come here all the time. We get our Ghee, Chocolate, Spices, Turkish Ladneh (cream cheese) , Feta, and Meat from here. They have Turkish Pistachio Cotton Candy. Which is super flavorful. I only recommend that the shelves can be more organized, for example : cans with cans, spices with spices, sauces with sauces, rice with rice etc etc. it would be more helpful if the shelves were organized so the isles had correct structure so we're not running around trying to find one thing after another. I asked for a recommendation for a good olive oil for serving on hummus. I took the one suggested, in good faith. After using it a couple times, I was not impressed with it, it didn't smell like good olive oil at all. I finally read the ingredients: it's not even pure olive oil! It's "oil comprising olive oils that have undergone refining and oils obtained directly from olives." I guess this place would be okay if you already know what to get. But being given a lousy recommendation left a bad taste in my mouth. And I still don't have good olive oil! Bummer. read more

This place reminds me of supermarkets from 1979's. The people are nice enough but it's out of place up here. It's expensive without any vibe at all. Very vanilla and not bad if u need to run up and get some produce. They have a nice local and organic section and deli is pleasant. read more

I was so happy when, after 18 years in Tucson, I found a store selling a limited amount of kosher food. The prices were great and the people friendly and helpful. The only problem I found was the perfume smell which permeated the air. When I got home, I had to leave all the non-perishables outside. Two days later, the cans and containers still reek! read more
