We went with a large group for the lunch buffet. The dishes were tasty and I especially loved the dosa station, where a friendly employee was making them fresh. He made sure I got one hot off the grill, instead of one that was already made. The selection was plentiful, including the vegetarian options. They also had this insanely delicious rum pudding that I went back for on round two. My only complaints were that the vegetarian options were not marked, so unless you're already familiar with the dishes or ask an employee you wouldn't know what is safe to eat. Also, while I loved the flavor of the ice cream, it was super freezer burnt. These are easy fixes that I hope will be made when we visit next time.

We visited Biryani Corner, and after checking out quite a few buffet places around town, I can confidently say--this one stands out. What truly amazed me (and is incredibly rare to find) was the Bombidayallu Fry--small fried fish, perfectly seasoned and crisped. Having this dish in a buffet? That's almost unheard of. For anyone from Andhra or a Telugu-speaking background, you know exactly how special that dish is. Just that alone is worth the visit. The overall food quality is excellent. While they don't serve a 50-item spread like some places, what they do offer (around 12 items) is well-crafted and genuinely tasty. Every dish hits the mark. As food reviewers, my friend and I put their biryanis to the test--Veg Biryani, Chicken Dum Biryani, Paneer Pulao, and Chicken Pulao--and each one had its own distinct flavor. That's impressive, considering most buffets just recycle the same base. Here, each had its own identity. Room for improvement? Yes--the dessert section could use a bit more variety and finesse. And honestly, the tea was a miss. But those are small things compared to the overall experience. For the flavor, authenticity, and that unforgettable fish fry--this place is a must-try. Especially if you love Telugu food, or want to experience it at its best.

Stumbled upon this place during my recent trip to Portland and boy was I wowed. When we walked in we were greeted with flavorful aromas of indian spices. We were promptly seated and ordered their fish fry, mutton sukka, chicken lolipop and mutton biryani. Everything we ordered was mind blowingly flavorful and delicious. Food tasted fresh and the flavors were spot on. We also ordered their masala chai which was divine! Service was great, ample parking in front of the restaurant and the prices here are very reasonable for their portion sizes. All in all highly recommend this place and I will stop by this place without a doubt to get my Indian food fix when in Portland.

Definitely one of the best weekend Indian buffets And this one was a special for Diwali If you haven't had crab masala, you're missing out The other notable dishes, where a homestyle, good curry - tasty as all, garlic, Parmesan chicken was just delicious Get this buffet a go on weekdays or weekends and come with an appetite

We came here on a Saturday lunch time and they had a weekend buffet, which was nice post COVID so we can try lots of things. The curries are flavorful, with some like the shrimp curry properly spicy. I had to pause a few times to let my tongue have a bit of warm down. Plenty of meat and veggie options. There is a made to order dosa station that gave you hot off the griddle crispy dosa. It was a great alternative to the nan. The desserts were decent with me addicted to their bread pudding with a nicely charred sugar top. I'm glad we came, and plan to be back.

Food was cold and both the dishes we ordered were not good. Customer service was really bad as well. Wont be going back.

Sorry to say but their chicken dum biriyani was not flavorful at all. It felt like boiled basmati rice and chicken mixed together.

The lunch buffet is good, but the takeout has been amazing. There is no spice level, so some dishes can be pretty spicy.

Is the week day lunch buffet available again?

Is the buffet open right now?

We haven't been there for a couple months, but at that time there was no buffet. Just menu items.

Best. Indian. Food. Ever…read more Seriously. I've lived (and eaten copious amounts of Indian food!) in NYC, LA, SJ, SF, ATL, and PDX and this chef and his fusion cuisine is on a whole new level of culinary mastery and taste bud ecstasy. They even have an ordering app where you can earn rewards points towards apply to orders! And they are only 1/2 a mile away! We are so very blessed to have such mastery in the neighborhood, so much so that now I must go order from them just thinking about the deliciousness!!

This is my 300th review on Yelp! Yay!…read more Anyway, we came here on a friend's high recommendation because everything sounded amazing! Mexican and Indian fusion?! I mean come on! Best of both worlds! I want to give a little grace in this review since perhaps I came in with high expectations so some of the dishes fell a little short because of that? It was empty on a Tuesday around lunch time but we were greeted warmly by who I assumed were the owners. The decor is fun, vibrant, and colorful in the small space. They are also popular with takeout and delivery. I actually really enjoyed my Lamb Vindaloo Tacos! The lamb was tender and it did have a good amount of spice. My friend and I both thought the Dirty Chicken Masala Fries and her regular Chicken Tikka Masala could have had more flavor. BUT with that said, my leftovers tasted better the next day! It really is a local mom and pop spot with such a cool concept and the food was good! I look forward to coming back on another day to try something different!
