It was at the end of the evening, so the server told us that he was throwing in fries (which we had not ordered.). We thought that was very generous. We were one of the last customers for the night so we assumed they just wanted to get rid of the fries anyway. The total price was about $38. When I received my credit card statement I saw that I had been charged $47! I disputed it with the credit card company and got a refund of $9. I don't know whether they actually charged the $9 to Badas or not. Anyway, 5 stars for the burgers, 0 stars for trying to pull a fast one with the credit card charge.
