I was surprised at the size of the sandwich as I pulled it out of the bag. A huge part of meal satisfaction is presentation. I unwrapped my burger and quietly giggled. I knew before I even bit into it that it was going to be a cosmic moment. Every bite was balanced. Juicy. Delicious. I'm just passing through from the Midwest and am amazed at how expensive stuff is here in sunny California. The value of this burger was off the charts. It outclassed any place in town comparing cost to quality to taste. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. A Food Truck kicked the butt of In@Out and any other brick/mortar place in town. I'd share photos but I already ate the whole damn burger. All I have left is a bunch of messy napkins. Kudos

Was really good and the portion is a fair amount. They offer bbq sauce but don't insult the chef. You won't need any sauce. I should have asked for hot sauce because while the shrimp taco had a little kick the fish didn't. But they were pretty tasty. The three were $15 and that's a little pricey but they are a good size. The fries were good too, about what you'd get at a fast casual restaurant. The staff were friendly and I got my food pretty quickly. They're in the parking lot of the Country Kitchen so it's easy to find parking. They' give you a beeper so you can sit in your car to wait if the weather is poor, or just if you want to sit. Their truck looks well taken care of and has a nice logo on it.

My grandma…read morereally enjoyed her tacos, and my grandpa liked his food too--although he thought the salsa was a little too spicy (I personally loved the kick). The tortillas were amazing--soft, fluffy, and delicious. My molcajete had great flavor as well. My only personal preference was that the steak was cooked more well-done than I typically like, which made it a little dry for me. I understand that may be how many customers prefer it, but it could be nice to give guests the option on how they'd like their steak cooked. The beans were creamy, the rice had great flavor, and overall everything tasted fresh and well made. It does get busy, so parking can be a little difficult, and it can get pretty loud inside during peak hours--but that's also a sign that people clearly enjoy this place. Overall, delicious food and I definitely want to come back to try more items on the menu.
