This has been the worst experience known to man doing UberEats, and based on this experience alone I will not be personally ordering from them again. I arrived at this establishment at 7:27pm on Thursday, Sept 30 to do an Uber eats delivery. I had two orders, one was ready as soon as I arrived and the other they said would be 20-25 minutes. I usually don't wait that long but it was the last trip of the night for me and usually time flies. I go back in 3-4 times, and they're still saying the food isn't ready. When I walked back in for the second time at 8:00pm they said give them 30-45 seconds they're bagging up the order. Then the person giving people the orders stated, "oh you're still here for that erika order.. here we forgot to give you the other part of it"... well I see you all don't check the full order before sending it out. 8:27 rolls by... 8:45 rolls by and I finally get the food order. Remind you it was only 9 items they ordered 2 tacos, a quesadilla, nachos and a drink, etc. nothing crazy and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes! Nearly 2 hours to distribute the food to the delivery driver, ME! This is absurd and awful customer service. I was not offered a drink for my wait time, the manager didn't come out and apologize for the inconvenience, nothing. Just ridiculous tbh, a person from another establishment was more helpful than them. Also, what turned me off this experience was other people everytime I walked in were getting refunds! & I understand it's 30 other establishments within that one building, but it was specifically for Birria- ATL each time. That's the problem! They'll never get my money.. I rather starve than wait 20 years for some tacos and Mexican food. Hard to support a black owned business with awful customer service like this one. Smh. I didn't end up leaving until 8:45 I got there at 7:27pm.. so you make your decision on if you want to try this monstrosity of a place! Ps- the hostess/receptionist guy says this happens everyday, they're backed up daily. Okay so to be clear, they are listed on DoorDash as Birria-ATL. I wish they were listed as the same name on all platforms because it would've been a lot easier to find and give reviews. Well anyways let me say I went out on a limb and ordered from a place on doordash I had never heard of with hardly any reviews, but I did...and I was impressed! I had the Chicken Birria, with elite, rice, beans, and chorros. Everything was plenty flavorful and delish. I do wish that I had more of the consommé that what was given. Pros and Cons PROS: TASTE BOMB ASF. You can literally drink the juice cup for the tacos. Beef and chicken CONS: This is in my own experience with ordering from them. I waited an hour over the due time for my food. I didn't even get an extra item or a full refund for waiting and watching other people randomly pull up, and casually grabbing their orders. In and out. While I'm here waiting for an hour or more. My husband was with me and we both ordered on the tablets. I placed my order With birria and after me, he placed his with another company. If you're a delivery driver for Uber Eats, doordash, GrubHub Etc and an order pops up for this restaurant please do not take it!!! You'll be waiting an hour or more and think about was the pay worth it for the wait when you could have been on other deliveries??? Then what may have started out as a good amount has decreased because you have waited an hour or more and was not worth it not worth the wait that is. There should be rules in place with these ghost kitchens that if there's a long wait longer than an hour especially they shouldn't be allowed to operate or make sure they have adequate help and a full staff!! If a lot of people are ordering your food surely you can afford another hand or two to help you get these orders out a little more expeditiously. These long Waits are not acceptable not at all not to the customer not to the drivers that do the deliveries got to do better!!! I'm giving 3 stars half out of confusion and bitterness. I am no expert on Birria, so maybe my expectations were in need of adjusting, but here's my experience. I thought that consumme for birria is thicker, red, chili based. This consumme, while very flavorful, wasn't seasoned like that. It had all the basic authentic taco ingredients which very much carried the base and made it still so flavorful. It just wasn't what I expected? There was no chile that I could recognize, no other spices, wasn't red, the consumme was much like a beef broth with taco ingredients in it, salted well. You only get about as much as you could fit in a side sauce cup but they put it in a small/med queso-type cup. The tacos are also very small. I think they're 4" for the corn shells? So all the 3 tacos can fit in one corner of the box. The quesadilla version tastes all the same but is a bigger portion by at least 25%. It takes up half the box. The sides for our food were beans and rice. Both were bland, we didn't finish them. They're both about +$3 on top of the price you pay for just the tacos. So you might pay almost $20 just to get a main and a side. We also got orders of chips, queso guacamole, and salsa. The salsa was flavorless and small, the guacamole was good but a small quantity, and the queso was good. I paid $71 for two meals with sides and some chips and dips. It all fit in two lightweight half-filled plastic bags. When it was handed to me, it was really light and small. (I admittedly wouldn't be so pressed to write a review, but this was just after I had just been disappointed by my Japanese food order being cancelled in which I was about to get a hefty tall paper bag full of food that would feed us for 4 meals for the SAME money.) I paid $71 plus tips and fees?? Everything edible couldn't have weighed more than a pound or two max. We certainly had no leftovers. It's really not like atl *authentic* taco spots in my experience to have such high prices and then the food is just so-so. I would have been fine to pay that much if it REALLY hit like it was supposed to and the portions were there. And if they included the sides with the meal or charged less for those little tacos. My family is addicted to these tacos and burritos. They're flavorful, simplistic, and taste authentic. The sauce is a similar consistency from other birria dishes I've eaten and very tasty. When we order, we order 2-3 orders of the tacos at a time and are always fighting over the leftovers. Glad we discovered this place! read more

This place is really confusing. It has different names on different apps. I've ordered twice and both times it took almost three hours for my food to arrive. The last time, my ubereats courier sat and waited for almost an hour before they gave him my food. The food was delicious but the portions were tiny.
