The body shop manager came out and immediately denied everything while offering to try to "buff out" the deep scratches. The scratches are down to the primer. they won't buff out. The quarter panel needs to be repainted. The receptionist who had come out and looked at the exact area that was damaged, about half an hour prior, conveniently developed amnesia. The body shop manager called a few days ago, and not only did he continue to deny they caused the damage, but he also stated that he was going to call autopac and create a fraudulent claim AGAINST ME that the damage already existed. I didn't notify Autopac about the damage because he said he'd fix the damage they caused. So he lied when they caused the damage. He lied about fixing it because he then claimed he didn't say that. And now he's lying to autopac about a fraudulent damage claim to cover his incompetence at managing his personnel. Insurance fraud. A new low. Additionally, one of their "service reps" called and said my vehicle was due for a service call because it had reached 110,000 km. My vehicle isn't even half that mileage, so this is an example of more fraud from this bunch where they regularly call people and tell them they need service and maintenance when they don't. Imagine how many people get ripped off with padded repair bills and maintenance/warranty service that they don't need?!? There's lots of hype on their website about "excellence' and "honest and reliable services", but like any low grade outfit, this is just media hype. Just words. If you are ok with being lied to and having your vehicle damaged by the bunch that were supposed to repair it, this is the bunch to go to. Avoid them like the plague.

Usman Orunsolu was our sales specialist; He was very approachable, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He had timely and accurate responses. The dealership was able to make significant compromises to help us get a car during the COVID Pandemic ,and we really appreciate their efforts! We will certainly go to this dealership, and specifically Usman when looking for our next vehicle; And, I would highly recommend him to any friends or family. There was a little confusion with some of our Sales Agreement paperwork, which caused some added stress to our experience. But, this was resolved reasonably quickly.

Code P0171 popped up after just minutes of leaving the dealership. Fuel trim is around 35% so I'm washing my cylinders of oil by flooding them with gas to keep the air/fuel ratio in check. I brought the car to Subaru on Regent because I needed absolute reliability for the next few months and now the car is parked at home inoperable. Also, the cord to my obd reader is missing from the glove box after leaving the car at Subaru. I have NEVER taken it out of the car. I take the reader in so the batteries dont freeze but the cord always stayed in the car. I'm considering just going to a Toyota dealer and just buying something there. Hopefully they are more competent.

Despite the long lead time, when I arrived, they weren't even sure if they had the parts. Then I was told there was no technician available to do the daytime running lights and that I should consider going to Canadian Tire instead, even though this had been the main reason for the appointment. When I asked why I was given an appointment if no one could do the work, I was told the staff who book appointments "don't know what's going on in the garage." No apology--just a defensive and irritated attitude. After I explained I had already received a government extension and legally needed this work completed, they begrudgingly rescheduled me for the next day. At the rescheduled appointment, I was told they'd take care of the lights, install the front plate bracket, and remove two rusted bolts from my rear plate. Later that day, they called to say they didn't have the $170 bracket they quoted but could put on a basic plate holder for free. I agreed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was still charged $170--now rebranded as a labor charge for installing a free plate holder. When I questioned it, I was told that was just how it worked. That's blatantly misleading. To make things worse, about 10 minutes after I left, they called me to say they forgot to remove the rusted bolts and asked me to come back again. I returned for the third time and waited 30 minutes for them to do what should've taken five. Their attempt at compensation? A free car wash. Despite all of this time and effort, they still didn't complete the RIV inspection, so now I have to go to Canadian Tire anyway. Disorganized, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend trusting this dealership with your time, vehicle, or money.

Thought that was steep but needed a key so made the arrangement for it. We waited 6 weeks to be told the key was finally available. Appointment was required. On picking up the vehicle from the appointment (which was under an hour), we were told the cost was $553.83! That is just straight up highway robbery. We feel both lied to and completely taken advantage of here. So KIA Owners - whatever you do - don't ever lose your car key unless you want to forego a pay cheque or more!!! Better yet, look elsewhere when buying a used car. I know we will. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Brought my car in for an oil change and something else was recalled on it. Dropped it off at 8:00 in morning and they never gave me a time as to when it would be done. So noon rolls around and no call so I called them and left a message. 2ish they call back and tell me it's ready and that I need extra things done to it to the tune of $100. I passed. There was a charge for $20 but reduced to $13 for "shop parts" which turns out to be the disposing of the oil. Also the package that I purchased was $159.99 and included tire rotation and a bunch of fluids top upped. When I get the bill there's no signs them rotating my tires. It wasn't on the invoice of all the things that they did. They checked the tread, that we shown. Anyways, this has happened to me before there where an oil change turns into an all day affair. Buy your car there but consider going elsewhere for service.
