The dealership was able to make significant compromises to help us get a car during the COVID Pandemic ,and we really appreciate their efforts! We will certainly go to this dealership, and specifically Usman when looking for our next vehicle; And, I would highly recommend him to any friends or family. Long story short, I got a courtesy vehicle and immediately went to another dealer to try to trade the vehicle in just because of their numerous past interactions with me and getting my car serviced. (All recalls, nothing mechanically wrong with my 2018 Impreza) Note: I did all of this interaction without a face covering as there are health exemptions in place. I got a call saying my car was done while talking to a salesman down the road at Jeep, and told him I would return with my car to appraise it for a trade in. When I returned to pick up my car, they refused me service because I wasn't wearing a mask. They denied the province of Manitoba of having ANY health exemptions. I corrected her that there were indeed health restrictions, to which she totally ignored me and went back to playing on her personal phone. The person behind me stepped forward and claimed my car keys, and she without hesitation, she handed over my keys to a complete stranger, who handed me my keys. I drove straight to Jeep, opened my hood, only to find the original coil pack was still installed on my car. They didn't even do the recall! THEIR CARS ARE GREAT, but avoid this service department at all costs!

On picking up the vehicle from the appointment (which was under an hour), we were told the cost was $553.83! That is just straight up highway robbery. I got in touch with Dennis (the above-mentioned), and he took on the job from there. I think I got more phone calls from Dennis than from my own boyfriend during the four days the truck was in the shop. He literally updated me every single day on the status of the repairs, and kept in contact to get approval for purchasing parts and whatnot. He was SUCH a pleasant person to deal with during all of this, I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a comprehensive customer service experience I have also come to Murray Chev to pick up rental vehicles for work and have had nothing but good experiences in that department. TP Took our Malibu to Murray Chev Olds on Waverly for an oil…read morechange and their Multi Point Vehicle Inspection Package / MPVI Vehicle Health Check last summer. When I picked up the car I noticed absolutely no hand prints anywhere in the dirty motor well and wondered if they really checked anything. Sure enough six months later my battery was completely dead (would not take a charge) and had to be replaced....even though on the Certificate it checked the battery as: CHECKED AND O.K.. Last week I took the car to a different garage to get a BRAKE JOB (based on what I assumed was needed because of Murray's pad measurements of last summer). They checked the pads and they all measured at 8mm. STRANGE because on Murray's MPVI certificate of June 2025 they were all measured at 6mm. I actually saw the pads and measurements this time. My brake pads either GREW by 2mm or somebody did a sloppy job or just LIED to me on the certificate. I asked for the MPVI to confirm my vehicle was in good shape, obviously that was a waste of $ 100.00. I have lost confidence with Murray's and will never do business with them again.
