I'm beyond grateful for the support and care provided by this recovery center. Watching someone I…read moredeeply care about go through such a vulnerable chapter of their life, it brought me immense peace to know they were surrounded by compassionate, committed, and truly present staff. The environment fostered not only healing, but also accountability, structure, and a sense of safety--something that's so crucial during recovery. I could see genuine progress and personal growth and I know a huge part of that is because of the tools, support, and care given here. From the detox program to the outpatient services, the support was consistent, compassionate, and truly effective. What really stood out to me was having family therapy meetings that involved me every step of the way -- it made such a difference to feel included and supported as part of the healing process as well as the weekly check ins over the phone with how both parties are feeling during the process (family stand point)

I attribute much of my successes since then to the techniques I learned in therapy with Kristy. I believe speaking with her was so helpful that I decided to reach out to her again nearly ten years later after I began facing new issues and challenges (especially job-related stress and anxiety surrounding the covid19 crisis). I originally preferred in-person meetings, but during quarantine I have found that virtual video calls with Kristy are equally as personal, helpful, and reliable. I highly recommend Kristy to my friends and family.
