But this type of employee treatment from an Amazon owned company is not surprising. If you have medical insurance do not use them because they will bill you $199 per year and then you STILL have to pay your insurance co-pay whenever you see them. This makes no sense, as patients are being double billed and they are receiving double profits and no telling how much insurance is reimbursing them. Additionally, I paid my "co-pay"online and then received notification that I needed to pay my bill. So I called them and they said the payment didn't go through. So I asked what that meant. I know my card was not declined because my American Express card has no limit. Apparently, their payment system had a glitch, I guess. When I looked at my receipt closely, it said $0 was processed. Who sends a receipt for zero dollars? Insane. If you must use them, tell them you don't have health insurance. Also google NPR regarding their article of one medical putting profits over patients.
