Each course was better than the last. Classic Ayurveda philosophy of using all the flavors in each course. It was very filling, and too much for one person so I ended up taking some back to the hotel to enjoy later. In Ayurveda medicine it is best to eat slowly and enjoy each bite. I recommend this place if you're looking for more than just a quick bite, and enjoy the experience.

The only thing I can say that was off, was the older woman who was paying her bill before me was pressured into leaving a tip ( service charge, is what he said). I was prepared for that but was not asked to tip. He was upset with the host because he had burned the plastic on the outdoor tent as he had placed a heater too close to it. To be honest, he seemed like a bit of a jerk, but his food was freaking delicious.
