Not busy but steady traffic around 9:45 on a Tuesday evening. A good amount of Roman square pizza options. We got a slice of just about everything that was available. Potato/sausage (stood out as we hadn't had this before), Zucchini Pesto was delicious, Ham and classic Margherita also didn't disappoint. Crust was light/airy and made for the perfect balance between crust and toppings. Beer and soft drinks were also available. Service was quick and friendly. If in the Monti district, make this stop for reasonably priced traditional pizza al trancio.

The fare is simple, fresh, organic, and affordable. They offer a prix-fixe menu for something like 9 euros which includes a side (which varies daily), a salad, and a choice of one of three main dishes. Both the side and salad are vegan, but the three mains include a vegan, vegetarian, and meat option. Overall, I'd recommend it, if you're visiting the area.

Each course was better than the last. Classic Ayurveda philosophy of using all the flavors in each course. It was very filling, and too much for one person so I ended up taking some back to the hotel to enjoy later. One meal will serve two people... EASILY (and deliciously). You will over "Dosa" for sure! ;) The service is pretty slow, but the staff is super friendly. So just sit back, relax, and enjoy your food that comes out one at a time. Check out the ruins around the corner when you come out. Just stand there for a while to digest all that food. (Don't feed the goddam cats you tourist!)
