I give 2 stars because the food is good. I don't come here expecting good service. They're rude & slow. Hence, I order by phone & just come to pick up. The last time I came, I sent my sister to pick up & I was overcharged plus they added a tip even though my sister had already put a $1 in their box. I called them & told them the price was different & complained about adding an automatic tip on my card. They said they couldn't reverse the transaction.

Went in to order an XL Bionico for the family 45 minutes ago. When I approached the door there's a sign that says "Stop! This space is for Clients and employees only." Kinda confusing, felt like should I walk in or not? Weird way to say "Customers only". I wouldn't really consider myself a client of this place anyway, just a customer. Anyway I walk in and asked if they were open. I was met with a dirty look by the woman at the counter. She acted like she didn't understand and called for another woman to assist. I asked if It was ok for me to order. She looked at me equally as confused. Another woman joined and when I asked again if I could order, she said, "No English." And I asked if any of them spoke English and all three women said "No." I said that's fine, may I just order off the menu? They were obviously willing to let me walk out of there without buying anything because of a simple language barrier which is kinda odd (especially when their menu is on the counter with color pictures of just about every item. But hey, maybe that's just odd to me. ). The woman said "yes." I ordered a XL bionico, she asked, "with everything?" (That's english). I was like oh ok I know what time it is now. I just let it go and said "yes please." Don't want to beef too much with people making your food. She rang me up but assumed I was going to use card the total came out to $41 and change I don't remember exactly. When I said I was paying cash it was $35 now. $6+ for using your card is like club prices for using an ATM. Not the bionico in the city you grew up in. Whatever I paid cash. She asked me for a name. I was confused on what to do but I wanted her to maybe feel like how I was starting to feel which was embarrassed to even be there spending money. I gave a fake name "Derek Sandoval". She looked at me like oh. I collected my change from Judith (name on receipt) and sat down on the couch. The next woman who walked up after me was a brunette probably in her early 50's who approached the counter and spoke English. Judith (again the name on the receipt, not sure if she was Judith or if it was one of the other two women who were there) Judith was happy to say hello to her and speak in English right back to her without any issue. At this point it was slap in the face idk 4-5 by now. Why all of a sudden was English a non issue? Kinda upset me the city I called home my whole life up until 2019 would treat me that way. Just blatant racism. With no care whatsoever. I know if tables were turned I wouldn't have done that to her. I work in an area where I constantly have to help people and direct them where to go. A lot of times they don't speak English, they are traveling from Japan, or South Africa, Russia or some times even Mexico and Latin and South America. I do the best I can with everyone to help see they are headed in the right direction no matter what language they speak. The funny part is that's not my job at all. I'm working on equipment in the area and they ask me because they assume I work at the train station or bus station or airport. When in reality I don't at all. I'm a sub contractor. Point is I think we are too far along as people to be this rude for absolutely no reason. Especially a customer (not a client) I told Judith when she handed me my order, "What you guys did was pretty messed up. It was very rude. The only reason I didn't walk out was because I already told my family I was bringing it home and they were excited. Other than that I would've walked out." She looked at me and just said "Ok." With a small kind of head not that I didn't understand. I have come to this spot for about 20 years. Not a lot but 3-4 times a year and I've never been treated like this. Maybe just an off day. This spot has the best bionicos I have ever had, i've been coming here for many years. Their fruit is always fresh and the yogurt cream on top is to die for. I always omit the coconut flakes and papaya, just my personal taste. They give you such a plentiful serving, I shared a small one with my boss and coworker yesterday and still had leftovers. They sell all kinds of drinks, sandwiches, and tamales here which I have yet to try but they look great. My go to place for the bionicos forever.

Terrible service! With that said let me explain.. 2 days ago I went and ordered 2 smoothies the transaction did not spit out a receipt the first time so they said they didn't charge me I looked up and showed them my transactions and it showed a duplicate charge still they didn't believe me. I asked well can you write a note that I should've only been charged once...I pulled up my bank app and since it stated it was pending I said ok I'll wait till it post to make sure they really charged me.. WELL THEY DID... Since I was down the street I go back and let them know if I can get my money back they said No I needed to call my bank. Why did I need to do the extra work when you clearly charged me twice. And they knew they did because It was the same ladies, I requested they just remake my order I didn't care for the money back at that point... and they still said NO. What!? It's a f*cking smoothie. Are you kidding!? Funny while this was going on they accidentally gave a man that ordered two smoothies three... he was honest enough to tell them he only ordered 2. He even looked at me and we laughed. Don't get me wrong the smoothies are good but the service is terrible. Long wait times sometimes. Like is it even worth all the extra hassle they put you through. Idk maybe in this economy they needed the money more than I did.

Paid 8$ for this and I asked if you can take out ice before I paid and they gave me this. This place is a scam

Horrible food don't come here way to expensive and [[HIGHLIGHT]]they don't take out enough ice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Also they gave so much attitude [[HIGHLIGHT]]I paid a raspado for 8$ dollars I pretty much paid 8$ for ice and a sip of flavor[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I love this cute little gem! I always go there to get fresh Tamarindo juice and fruit! As you can see in the picture I think that's called bionics Because it's fruit with yogurt. There has been times where I just want fresh fruit and they cut melon, kiwi, and any kind of fruit do you want for really good prices! If you also put in your phone number they have a rewards program wear it when you spend a certain amount of money you get money off.

Great presentation!! Excellent variety to choose from and everything I've had from here is always delicious. Today I ordered the plus salad, bionicos && a chicken spinach wrap (sorry I ate this before taking a pic but I promise it was YUMMY). My taste buds would not stop dancing . I ate a little bit of everything and saving the rest for later because the portions are perfect for one meal and technically I got three . I couldn't help my self. Walking into the store, every item jumped out at me and I wanted to try everything but I'll be back for more... I most definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a healthy meal or juice!!! Fresh juices & smoothies are always a plus. You must try them! To avoid any long wait times, just order online like I did :) I ordered through Uber eats and everything was correct and my food was ready to pick up as soon as I arrived!

BEWARE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS ATTEMPTED ON MY CARD!!! I purchased a few items yesterday through Door Dash and it was immediately charged. Now, to ai avoid just this type of thing..I have 2 accounts.. one that holds my money and another I put just enough money in to pay for the transaction. After my purchase was made..Bionicos Plus attempted twice to charge me for another order I never made! I received the declined notifications! I contacted Door Dash.. they said it wasn't through Door Dash and to contact the business. I did. The lady acted very nervous and said..I don't know what happened I'm sorry. I don't know what happened. And tried getting off the phone immediately when I told her it was a whole other transaction! On top of the attempted unauthorized transaction. My order was completely wrong! My order was supposed to come with condensed milk and it didn't have any.. it was drenched in Nutella!!! I don't eat Nutella!! None of the waffles in their menu say Nutella!! This is only the second time I order from them and they did the same thing last time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt..mistake. Bit my tongue... but this time..I specifically listed on the special instructions...no Nutella!! What did I get? Nutella!!! Then, I had also ordered 4 quail egg shooters.. and they made no attempts to contact me saying they didn't have any.. they instead gave me the nastiest, most disgusting tasting ginger shot!!

I really should have read the reviews before giving to this place. This has been, not only THE WORST bionicos place, but the worst customer service I've ever recieved!! I ordered 2 large containers of plain fruit. After waiting for 40 minutes, my number was finally called and the lady snatched the receipt from my hand to confirm.I noticed she had put chili and lemon on both orders so I called her back. She grabbed my order, while sighing loudly and rolling her eyes, and went to double check my order. She went to the back and "corrected" jet mistake. She placed the order on the counter and walked away. She never apologized or said anything to me. When I got home, the fruit still had chili flakes on it and it tasted like lemon. You could see that she just tried to rinsed it off with water. I definitely won't be coming back here again. People need to learn basic manners, especially if you work with customers. read more

I ordered a crepe with Nutella, cream cheese and strawberries. What is this!?! They clearly used the waffle mix, it's so hard and stale. Crepes are suppose to be light, this is not it! Their juices and fresas con crema are good but I'll never try anything else again. What a waste. read more

I think the juices are great. There is ample parking. The wait time for the juices is rather long though so I only come when I'm not in a rush. Service is friendly, but my biggest grip would be that there are no signs in English or Spanish stating that there is a 75 cent surcharge for using a credit card. read more

Bionicos plus has been part of my life for the last couple of years that I've been coming here. It has helped me get my digestion in order as well as adding more nutrients into my daily diet. I come often. Wish I had one close to my house but it's worth my drive ! read more

I order an açaí bowl and I got a shake soup. I asked with no banana and I got it with banana. They took of the banana and gave it back to me. Once I opened it it was so liquidity that the strawberries were sinking. I then I inform the worker and she stated I'll take care of it. Instead of remaking it correct. They threw it all in one blender including the toppings added ice and blended it. They then proceeded by giving it to me and said because I touch it they said we just blended it together. Honestly it was just lazy on there part. read more

This is the worst place to get Bionicos! DO NOT GO THERE. I ordered a fresas con crema and it took them 30 minutes. Wow. They had four women working there and yet it took them so long. Moreover, there was other customers there absolutely fuming , stating they had been waiting there for a very long time. I regret coming here I will NEVER come again. To add insult to injury, the ladies ignored me when I asked them how long it was gonna take for my fresas con crema. The second time I asked (after 30 minutes of waiting ) they simply placed the fresas con crema on the counter without so much as acknowledging me. Finally, the fresas con crema that they handed me didn't look like the picture I ordered and paid for. But, rather than have to spend another minute in there I just left. This establishment is a joke. Go at your own peril. read more

I always get the Vampiro, I love beets! This is a great place for fresh juice! My kids love the smoothies and fresh fruits, great prices too (ssshhh). Depending on the time of day it can be a line out the door, then others times you're in and out and you've beaten the rush. Always polite and friendly servers. Love this place!! read more

What's going on, for the past few months it is extremely slow. Not enough workers. Everybody is just waiting and waiting. I saw just 1 customer leave since I've gotten here over 25 minutes ago. I would give this place 0 stars! Wow, all I wanted was an acai bowl. With about 6 employees, It took 25 min to get my order and now that I finally have it.....it's so gross ! This is not acai!!! Taste like they used a powder substitute and mixed it with berries. It's Super nasty and taste like chalk. Taking my order back for a refund and this will definitely be my first and last time here. It's not even the right color! Yucky! I do not recommend this place for acai bowls. Costco has better bowls than this crap! read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for years. The customer service is great (even when you walk in at 9:56pm and they close at 10:00pm) They have so many choices. I've had almost everything on the menu, besides the healthy stuff, and everything is tasty!!!! read more

I've only tried their bionicos. They're good but nothing to die for. The one thing I can say about every time I've been here was the very long wait (service). And yes, that is with an empty (or relatively empty) store. If you have time to wait, at least a good minimum of 15 mins then yes give this place a try. I can't speak of their many other dozens of options they have however. read more

Just waited 35 minutes for my order. They move at snails pace I finally demanded my money back. The manager didn't even say sorry until I asked her to. Nobody warned the orders were delayed Everybody outside waiting waited 25 minutes or More. At least warm the customer of wait time read more

Finally!!!! I have found a place that makes TOSTIELOTES! Yes tostiELOTES, not tostilocos! They are so effing good! Can you tell I'm excited?? I had been craving them ever since I went to TJ haha Big plate for only $5. Try em! They're just like an esquite but bigger and on tostitos (chips). If you're wondering what an esquite is, it's fresh corn kernels w/mayo, butter, cheese, and chilli, layered ever so beautifully. Yes...it's as delicious as it sounds. They also have your usual mexican treats, i.e. ice cream, candy, raspados, gelatins, aguas de fruta ($2 - try the strawberry!), freshly squeezed juices, bionicos, tostilocos ($5), fruit salads, escamochas, tortas, etc. The lady that took our order was sooo nice :-) & they have a frequent buyer card! read more

The food is amazing, they have a great selection, variety and lots of antojitos to cease those cravings. I would completely give this place 5 stars for their food items but two stars on service. Even if you call ahead, your order will take a really really long time. It's a good idea to call it in but it really won't make a huge difference. Go there with lots of patience. I ordered 3 small items and waited 45 minutes, it's very disorganized! read more

Great hours, plenty of parking, but service is a little slow. That said, the treats all seem worth the wait. They make choc-covered strawberries now and edible arrangements-style items. I also like the random assortment of weight loss / health improvement items - I'm a sucker every time! Where else can you find rattlesnake pills!? A must have for every botica! read more

The ladies are super friendly. Everything I have ever ordered is good. They might take a while to get your order out but they make everything as it's ordered so makes sense that they'd take "long" for someone who's in a hurry. If you're going in with the intention to run right out, order ahead by phone. They have a rewards program read more

I drive all the way from Orange County just for this place! I found it randomly one day and nothing compares! My favorites are their Napolitana and their Love You Berry Much smoothie. But I can go on about their entire menu, there hasn't been anything I don't like! read more

It's amazing that orders get screwed up when all you need to do is compare a list to what's right in front of you. Laziness, carelessness, or stupidity..... regardless of which, when one person in the family doesn't get to eat, it ruins the meal for everyone. Sucks, because the food isn't bad. Soooo it's Sunday afternoon and it seems I've been waiting forever. Before I walked in there were 3 customers after me now the place is full. The lady at the register is definitely not friendly. She's not mean either just very serious. The problem here isn't the people working but the fact that it's under staffed. I see the ladies in the back working at a pretty good pace but for some reason I've been waiting for 20 minutes for one drink. I'm not too sure I'll come again. read more

This review has nothing to do with the ladies that work here, although service was Slow, it was my sons first choice to come here for his chocomilk... we ordered a chocomilk & I got the variety fruit with a crema preparada. We waited about 20 min for our order ... because they had messed up the order in front of us .. 4 ladies in there and neither stepped up to help the poor lady... anyways, my son finished his chocomilk before we even got home I waited to eat mine so I can relax and watch Netflix with my son... I took a picture of it on Snapchat and posted it .. because it looked TO DIE FOR .. so yummy and I was sooooo EXCITED ! Until...... I found a little insect inside of the fruit smashed underneath the crema I ran to the restroom and threw up because at this point I had already taken a few bites before realizing there was a BUG in my fruit !!! I didn't know what to do so I said I'll go back and show them .... when I got there all I expected was an apology honestly, and she saw it picked it up off the fruit and asked "ok que quiere otro?" idc bout no other fruit :( so she went to the register and gave me back my 7$ and turned around and left .... To begin with this place has you waiting for a LONG ASS TIME!! When mind you guys I called 20 minutes prior due to my lunch break being limited. However there phone lines suck or there either ignoring your call what ever the case is I was recommend to try the Tacos de papa I . I drove down to pick up our order(s) because my co-workers wanted to try them as well 4 orders to be exact. Had me waiting for about 15 mins when l I had already called to place my order. Getting to work little did we know that all of our orders were not Tacos de Papas they were BURNED AS HELL TACOS DE PAPA.. Good job ladies for making them look nice they put extra cabbage and extra sour cream,avocado,onions,cheese so we wouldn't see the burned tacos.. Best believe I called and complained, prior to what I said there phone lines suck so kept calling finally got through. Of course I told them about my burned tacos lady says "what do you wanna do about it?" Obviously I couldn't drove back to you and get my money back but I told her why would you sale a burned product I wouldnt, check your cooks make sure there not burning other people's food thats what I want you to do. She was simply rude dont waste your time coming here this place sucks. read more

My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.

Yo trabaje en BIONICOS PLUS con la Aida Martinez y en primera no paga el over time, simpre paga corto el pago, despidos injustificados, no descansos, no pago de dias de enfermedad, no Covid cubierto solo a las personas que les cae bien Aida y ademas se deja manipular por chismes de otras companeras sin valorar el trabajo de uno como lo dijo Gloria C. ademas que deberia enfocarse en su negocio como NO UTILIZAR FRUTA MALA para los licuados o smoothies ya que congela la fruta y la utiliza para eso y asi no tirar nada, usar queso hechado a perder para quesadillas y esquites, utilizar ordenes que no salen para mezclarlas con ordenes que entran. ALERTA!!!PESIMO LUGAR DE TRABAJO!!!,!! yo trabaje por 2 o 3 semanas y las empleadas y duena son mal organizadas y lo peor de todo que la duena se basa en la preferencia y chismes en vez de valorar el trabajo cuando hay personas mas nuevas y unas trabajan mas lentas y ven uno que trabaja rapido Y es al que mas le exigen y lo corren, no es buen ambiente de trabajo y sobre todo NO JUSTO por parte de la duena que permita basarse a los comentarios de gente mala y enfocarse a la calidad de sus productos que en eso hay cosa que no hacen o limpian correctamente provocando que un cliente se llegue a enfermar, como el queso hechado a perder y asi lo ponen en los esquites entre otras cosas mas.... Por eso cada rato tienen el letrero de que ocupan gente. read more

Me gusta este lugar hemos venido muchas veces., tienen mucho que escojer el servicio es super chevere., pero la ultima vez que fuimos no fue nada agaradable. Mi esposa ordeno dos jugos, entonces la estaban preparando, rato menos llegan dos hueros tomaron la orden de ellos, y dejaron de preparar nuestra orden, para preparar la de los hueros, y nos dejaron al ultimo a nosotros., no soy racista pero creo deven ser tomadas y entregadas las ordenes como van llegando los clientes., mi dinero vale igual al de los gringos. Worst service ever they take forever to make a small strawberries and cream I was there for 30 minutes just waiting and a cashier didn't take my order right and she said I was wrong you never tell a customer she wrong and she didn't apologize she was just plain rude and they charge 50 cents extra when you charge your card so I was going to have to give them another 50 cents because there not going their job right read more

I've only ever had their fresh juices and they're great. I've watched them make the juices and they do use a ton of fresh fruit and veggies to make em. They have now moved to a larger location right next door which is great because their other place was way too small and crowded. read more

Do not eat here. The Acai shakes are just grape juice. That's why it's never frozen and comes as an Acai soup. The owners are shady and cut corners whenever possible. The food here is NOT safe. Do not eat here. read more
