I have been here twice and both times I have received superb customer service and amazing products. The first time I can, I ordered a pineapple, carrot, orange juice and it was beyond delicious. Today, I ordered a small bionic and the fruit is fresh, in season and tasty. The crema that the bionico is topped with is sweet and tasty. The ladies that are taking your order and making the food are sweet and friendly. It is a small store in a small shopping center that with limited parking, but there is street parking adjacent to the store. First off the food here is delicious. The smoothies are also delicious. For me my favorite is the hot dog with all the toppings and the nachos or tostilocos. I did remove a star because at 10am I placed an order for a Bionico platter for a party and was to pick it up at 4:30pm. When I arrived it wasn't made at all. The lady asked when I ordered it and I told her 7 hours ago and they rushed to get it ready. I don't understand how anyone can give this place anything below 5 stars! This place is bomb. The juices are good and the FOOD is really good. I've had the ceviche, sandwiches and tortas. Everything taste freshly made. If they make more juice than fits in your cup they let you drink some before refilling it. Well this was prior to COVID so maybe not anymore because they are behind those plastic shields now. Anyway, picture your mom making you a sandwich that's the kind of love that goes into this food. Today, August 21st, called in to ask what time they closed and they said 8pm. I was interested in purchasing tamales and informed them that I would be there knowing well enough I would arrive prior to the stated closing time. I arrive at 7:55pm and your employees have locked up the shop. We inform them that we just called in and they stated an 8pm closing time all 4 ladies initially ignored us and one of them said she is already counting her register. They tell me that the owner's name is Mireya. If you are reading this I think this is really poor customer service and decision making. I suggest that you make your employer's accountable for the information that they feed your customers. If your establishment and employees declare that the closing time is 8pm then it should remain that way so that customers like me are not mislead and do not spend time and gas money only to find out that your business closes at 7:55pm. I'd been happy if the person had told me over the phone that the business was closed. read more

Came here earlier today. I ordered a strawberry smoothie, tostilocos, and an esquite. Let me just start off with the lady that was taking my order and charging me had no expression on her face or voice whatsoever, which makes ordering your stuff kind of awkward. Second she asks me if I'd like my tostilocos with tapatío or Valentina? I was a bit confused. Assuming they came with both due to past experiences at different biónico shops. So I ask her to add both. The esquite, she literally warmed it up in the microwave! Then added the cheese, mayo, etc. I wasn't too happy about this because it's a bit pricey and they have to be warming it up in the microwave? At other places they serve it straight out the pot nice and hot! The smoothie was actually pretty good not going to lie!!! Probably one of the best ones I've ever tired hands down! So I'm about to pay and she says if i pay with my card it will charge me 50cents. I said it was fine so she rings me up. I get home open the box of tostilocos; these tostilocos were super plain and had very few chips. Again due to my past experiences I assumed they'd have all this other great stuff on them but no. Then I give my esquite a try and guys let me tell you it had SO MUCH salt! I had to scoop out the top part to actually be able to eat at least some of it because I did not want it to go to waste though I did not finish it because of how salty it was. So not only did they microwave my esquite but they also added a shit tone of salt. At this point I'm like really???? Then something in me told me to take a look at my receipt and this lady over charged me. It was by a little so I didn't even bother on going back but what a disappointment. Not only was most of the food not great but you're over charging me?! If you guys like going to places like this like I do, you know it gets pretty pricey! But prices don't really matter if the food is good and you get great customer service. Though that wasn't the case here. This ain't it chief! So I've bought juices from here before, and they've always been decent. I've always thought they were a bit more expensive than my favorite Biónico place by Elizabeth and Atlantic. Unfortunately that place closed down because part of the plaza where it was located burned down. So this was my new go to juice place. Maybe they have different staff from morning and afternoons, or maybe the quality just sucks now. I ordered a green juice, as the man who ordered before me did, and an esquite. I'm assuming they only made one batch of green juice because his and mine looked different (we got our order at the same time) I later realized mine looked different because it was mostly foam. The lady knew too, because she offered to add ice, l guess to give the tiny bit of juice on the bottom more "volume". Then the esquite, I knew I would never get this again after I saw the lady taking it out of the microwave. Not to bash on people microwaving food, but if you're paying almost $5 for a small thing of corn, I would love if it came from a fresh batch from a pot on the stove or something. To makes matters worse, there was no mayo and the tiniest bit of cheese on the top, the broth yellow, literally all butter which would be a good thing, but there wasn't any flavor to it. I Do NOT recommend this spot! They gave me stale nachos one time and leave all tortilla chips outside the bag. They are rude and pretend to like the job when they are actually hating it. The second time I got tostiesquites and licuado. Again, they don't know how to prepare the tostiesquites compared to other places. Make sure you let them know you want to order something because it's not enough for you to wait in line. They'll help the person behind you if that means they started asking about prices despite the fact that your patiently waiting for both people behind the counter to finish making one banana split. Like you really need two people to make a banana split I asked the lady if she was going to take my order as she was taking payment for the lady behind me and she said yes I didn't know you were ready.
