While they did a good job cleaning my carpets, they did damage to my velvet couch. I told them about the issues. They claimed they were due to the couch not being fully rinsed, so they returned to rinse the couch again. It helped a little, but there are still issues that weren't there before they cleaned it. read more

These guys are incredibly professional and responsive. They've cleaned carpets, washed windows and attempted to rid mosquitos in our backyard. There are less mosquitos but not entirely gone... probably an issue with Brooklyn vs their service. We just had a minor issue when one of our planter boxes fell when they were cleaning our windows - but the team immediately called our gardeners and fixed it within hours. Pretty amazed at their responsiveness. Couldn't be happier with the service - worth the expense for quality, on time work. read more

I engaged this company for their mosquito service. The initial set up and booking process was painful. They said they would come to our house and never showed up. I accepted that they had a scheduling error and we were scheduled for a new date. At the new date, I was told they had another scheduling error and they couldn't come. After complaining the owner came with one of his technicians to do the initial service, which we appreciated and felt good about engaging them for the summer. The remaining service was not great. They sent other technicians that breezed over the property not providing the detailed spray job that they did at the initial appointment with the owner. We had hoards of mosquitos over the summer and did not see a reduction as we did with the initial service and had expected for the remainder of the services. At $80 per week for one spray I would expect them to do a thorough job every time. Additionally, they say they are organic, but when I asked some of the technicians that did not do a thorough spray job to be more detailed they just said oh we'll fog your yard that should work. When I asked if the fog was organic, they just shrugged their shoulders and chuckled. I have raised these issues with the technicians to try to get them to do a better job and then to the company to give them a chance to respond and their response was we hope that you use us for other services. read more

Received good service, so want to preach about it. Emailed Biomonde expressing my interest in window cleaning. They promptly replied and after a few email exchanges, my appointment was set. Received a confirmation email and then, on the day of , received a text confirmation requesting I reply 'OK' to keep the appointment, so I did. They showed up on time with all the tools of the trade including ladders. Did a fantastic job cleaning my large windows with their toxic free products. I'm a pleased customer. I will return for more. I was a loyal customer for 3 seasons, and Biomonde quit on us - while I am pregnant and need the mosquito control the most - ultimately because they didn't want to deal with a neighbor of mine that complains about their spraying. They also didn't want to address (reasonable) questions as to why after a few months of mosquito control at $70/week, and purchasing an additional mosquito trap for our yard, we are still being eaten alive. They weren't reliable, and would send different technicians that would always come 20-30 minutes after the appointment time, making me late for work weeks in a row. I have never dealt with a company that is so self entitled, and cares so little for customer service, especially when they charge a huge premium for "organic" services. I guess they have enough customers paying the exorbitant fees that they can be so rude and apathetic to us. I used to recommend them to friends and neighbors, but their services and attitude have taken a nosedive, so unless you want to overpay and be underserved, I'd suggest another company! read more

Johnny showed up on time to give us an estimate, and stayed to do the work. The carpet cleaning was the most thorough we have ever gotten. It was not the least expensive, but was an excellent value. In addition to doing the carpets, Johnny was able to do 2 hand-made Turkish rugs that we otherwise would have had to take out to a specialty house. We will use Biomonde again next time. read more

Great service! Johnny runs a top notch business. He is a real professional. - responsive, thorough, personable, trustworthy and effective. His non-chemical based extermination product really works and actually leaves your place with a pleasant scent of cedar. We have had problems with ants in the kitchen every summer and our chemical based exterminator was never able to solve the problem but just one application of Biomonde's cedar based product and they were gone!
