The last time I was there I hardly felt a thing. I've only almost passed out once (my fault for not eating prior) and they were quick to take care of me. Within 15 minutes I was out the door, feeling fine and back to work. So before you go...EAT before coming, make sure you are hydrated and take it easy afterwards.

When I arrived, had a little bit of paperwork to do, and a tablet based questionaire for some easy questions. They took me back and I met my phlebotomist. Her name was Val... and she was awesome. Answered any questions I had, was very friendly and made me very comfortable. She did a excellent "stick"... got the vein on the first try... and took what she needed. She kept me entertained the whole! Really a great experience. If you would like to donate, this is a great location to do it at... although I have never had a bad experience on the Big Red Bus either. They all do a good job! Highly recommended!

I finally got my chance on memorial Day. I chose CSL plasma because their information on their app was very comprehensive. The three staff members that took care of me on my new donor visit were outstanding. Miss Gwen did my intake assessment and she was precisely by the book. As a career oncology nurse, I know that processes and standards are there to ensure safety, and I was so relieved with her attention to her facility's standards. Miss Nakina did my physical assessment, and again I saw that commitment to precision and safety. My technician who did the actual procedure was Miss Letti, and she must have used a magic needle because I didn't feel a thing! I felt so safe there. The debit card is a safe way to receive payment, and I strongly suggest reading the paperwork/schedule of fees that comes with it so you don't spend money on fees you don't have to! Hmm, wonder if CSL needs a part time RN? Thank you, CSL Plasma, looking forward to many happy donations!

I'm extremely frustrated because getting donors paid should have been a top priority. The way management has handled this situation is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they left a needle in my arm for far too long after the power went out, which is absolutely ridiculous. That should never happen, and it could have caused serious complications. The entire experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm hoping I finally receive my funds today, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if I have to wait another day. Trust me--I won't be coming back.

I have been dealing with eczema flare-ups since January 2025. I went to so many doctors trying to…read morefind someone who could help me, but nothing seemed to work. Every time a flare-up came back, it seemed like my eczema was getting worse. Eventually, the itching became an all-day, everyday struggle. My flare-ups stopped going away and started spreading to other areas of my body. I went on the hunt to find the first clinic that would take me, and that is how I found PH Dermatology. The first time I visited the facility, I was honestly embarrassed because of how bad my eczema had become. I was so uncomfortable and frustrated with my skin. I was seen by a doctor whose name I unfortunately don't remember, but I want to say thank you for helping me that day. I was still dealing with unbearable itching and could barely sleep. My eczema wasn't just affecting my skin anymore--it was affecting my quality of life. I couldn't control the scratching because the itching was so intense. Within that same week, I returned to the clinic, and that's when I met Crystal C. and Dr. Rinker. When I say they are the best, that is truly an understatement. They are so attentive, compassionate, and determined to help. They make an amazing team. You can tell how much Crystal respects and appreciates working with Dr. Rinker. Even when Dr. Rinker steps out of the room, the way Crystal speaks about her gives you a sense of hope that you're finally in the right hands. When I first met Dr. Rinker, she told me she was going to help me--and she did exactly that. I may have only seen Dr. Rinker about four times, but the difference has been life-changing for me. I have been completely free of itching since September 10, 2026. After all this time of suffering, scratching, losing sleep, and feeling hopeless, being able to say that I am no longer constantly itching means so much to me. Thank you, Dr. Rinker and Crystal C., for listening to me, caring about what I was going through, and not giving up on helping me. I am truly grateful.
