It's a great business as far as helping save lives with the use of our plasma. Usually have a good experience but I gotta say some of the staff are extremely rude and unfriendly and make me feel like an inconvenience. They would rather talk to eachother than interact with us donors. Don't get me wrong, there are some amazing workers but there mostly in the front section. The place is always understaffed. The staff treats you like a number with mediocre to bad customer service. If you have a problem , the night manager rather argue with you than get to the bottom of the issue. I would only go if you're desperate for money. read more

Sometimes I have a good experience. Most of the time not. They love to tell you to wait outside before your appointment time (even though the questions let you in 10 minutes before) and defer you for reasons that are honestly funny. I dropped something outside and didn't realize it so I did my questions, went literally 3 feet outside the door to pick it up, and got deferred for leaving without letting them know. You need to overthink every action you do because it seems like they don't actually want you there. Staff also loves to use the sweet, but rather condescending tone that turns you off from the place. I would've probably got deferred for my blood pressure if I got that far because my blood was boiling. Save your time and donation and go to the Finger center. read more

went to Biolife in Green Bay they took me to a room where other donors were donating to check my veins in front of everyone told me my veins were too flimsy to drink more water or lift weights how unprofessional what goes on with me is none of the others donors business I left there feeling humiliated I'm a 60-year-old female and getting told to lift weights was very offensive to me besides talking about my condition in front of everyone never knew that a medical condition was public information for everyone will not be returning read more

I was a covid antibody donor and given info on earning $200 for 2 donations. I had my first donation and tried to book a second one and there was nothing available for three weeks. I booked, and then only earned $30. I talked to someone on the phone about this and they said it's because they are just very busy. No offer to live up to their end of the deal at all. **Update** they did follow through on the earnings we had agreed to originally which I truly appreciate. Thank you Biolife. -The Staff here like to talk behind each other's back...and you wonder why there's a "high-turnover rate". I pity the employees here for that. Most are happy and put on a "fake personality" but actually they hate it here. I believe Bio-Life's Guidelines are too strict..if you don't meet the requirements you are turned away and come back the next day...when you could easily eat more food and donate the SAME day....the process is easy nonetheless The Staff: Most are good. However, there's this 45-year-old woman 5'8, blue eyes tends to be louder than the rest of the employees, uses obnoxious gestures (horrible flirting skills) when assisting donors, She needs to go back to school for how to be a "civilized citizen" Management: There's a manger here who is tired all the time and crabby beware of that Otherwise i guess this place is...meh read more

They can literally defer you for any number of reasons that they decide on. If you are a generally healthy human being and your vitals are fine, you should be allowed to donate. Turning many away is a huge waste of everyone's time and money people are depending on. read more

I've been donating for about 2 years at this location and everyone is extremely helpful and great to work with!

Signed up online drove 70 miles because its the closest center and when getting there they said our zip code wasn't in book for donation region, so gave us 20.00 vouchers for our next visit, when arriving to our next appointment,took our i.d. and for a manager to tell us that we live too far to travel for 20.00, they are running a promotion for 8 donations for 1,000. So for the manager to tell me that they are looking for long term donors, how does she know I'm not going to be?, plus we have ppl that are donating 5 miles more than our zip code and they were allowed plus ppl that live 10 miles closer and were allowed to donate and we are all from MICHIGAN, thank you Bio Plasma for wasting my time and gas money to be turned away when I guess plasma isn't needed. read more

The staff is not friendly in anyway to new employees. They talk about new comers behind their back and roll their eyes when they have questions. The culture was not welcoming and and very toxic. One person in management made it a point to tell the staff,"We are in a manufacturing business we are not on a healthcare platform, the volume we produce takes presidency over the care of the people." There are charts in the back which highlight volume per hour per employee to shame the lower producers. NOT GOOD! read more

Staff is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I was a new donor and have tried several times to donate and kept getting denied because of my anxiety. All they tell you is "try again tomorrow." Instead of giving you tips or pointers on how to lower your pulse or blood pressure when donating. They won't even let you continue on with your physical with the nurse prior to donating if you don't pass, making it so you have to come back and spend another 2 hours there. Made me feel very belittled and unwelcome. Will not be trying again. read more

This is the second time I have tried to donate here. Both times I have been turned away because somehow all my paperwork is at the east side location. Where I have never been. I don't even know where it is. I received a phone call last night confirming my 10:50 am appointment for today telling me everything I needed to bring with me.
