Explains everything before starting and during. Answered all and any questions I had. I have had 8 other piercings in the past and he was as gentle as can be given the situation. I got my piercing done here, as well as my jewelry changed recently, and I asked for a smaller hoop on my conch piercing. He put it in with the ring being extremely tight, which is what I thought I wanted, but had no knowledge of piercings to know this was bad. A week later I went back to Florida and thought the hole was just healing, but I soon realized it had taken a horrible turn. It became embedded in my ear and I had to quickly go get it cut out by a professional who was immediately enraged at seeing my ear. He said it was complete malpractice that he put a hoop in that was that small, and every piercer should know this is absolutely unprofessional to do for anyone. He was able to cut it out, but I lost the piercing completely and it was extremely painful. My ear is still healing and it's been over a month, and it has some horrible scar tissue where the earring was. I'm very disappointed and wish I could've trusted this place with high reviews and high prices to do an excellent job, but sadly my ear is now extremely messed up. read more

Aaron pierced my navel for me today, and I am so happy with the procedure and results! I decided on Biolab after reading reviews on Google and Yelp, and I'm so glad I went through this studio! The piercing room was extremely clean. He cleaned the jewelry in front of me, and all the tools used were single-use sterile tools. Aaron double checked the piercing markers with me, and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. He was as gentle as possible and guided me through it very professionally. Ben did my daith piercing over a year ago and I have had very few migraines since then compared to life before this piercing. He knows the appropriate placement which is crucial to the effectiveness in avoiding migraines. On the way there I was starting to have a headache and by the time I left, it was gone. There was no discomfort until a few days later when it started healing. It was the normal feeling you get when a piercing is healing. I found that, when side sleeping, using a neck pillow with my ear centered in the space for the neck kept me from bumping it. It wasn't pure migraine magic, but it was close. read more

My vist and piercing was a carbon copy from my last vist. This time I brought my ole lady which,she was having issues with a piercing from California. I had microdermal piercings put into my back about 4 years ago and my left one had been partially ripped out and ever since then it never was the same. I desperately wanted them out but didn't know where to go since I got them done in Austin. I researched and found Biolab and great reviews for Ben! Ben took a look and told me I could either save the left one or take them out. I opted to have them taken out considering I drove a half hour to see him. He was quick and made it virtually pain free. So I came here to get the best piercing About 4 days ago I got my naval pierced here by Aaron and I couldn't be any more satisfied with how it came out! I had been researching Biolab for a while and I'm so happy that I made the decision to come here. Me and my sister wanted nostril and naval piercings and we talked to the beautiful blonde receptionist while we waited. She herself was very helpful and friendly and talked to us about the piercing and piercers. We waited for about 15 minutes and once Aaron got done with his client and invited me and my sister to the back with him. He cleaned everything in front of us and talked us through everything. I went first and he talked me through what he was doing as he was doing it. He cleaned my ear and belly button, marked it, allowed me to check each, and he brought me back to the cushioned table/chair and he got started. He was very gentle with both piercings and he started with the belly button. It was painful, but the nose piercing really caught me off guard and I felt very weak, so he was very understanding and patient! He allowed me to lay down and got me a lollipop and some water. Aaron is an amazing piercer and person overall and I enjoyed my experience! He helped me up multiple times and was just really considerate. He also gave me a wet napkin to help cool me down as shown in the two pictures ! He then answered our questions and told us how to clean the piercings and we were off! my experience here was great and I suggest that you should go to Biolab to get pierced! read more
