They show up with blowers u can rent for $50 charge $3000 n DO NOT CUT AWAY WET AREAS as they say they will or bring enough blowers or humidifiers as they say!! Then if you ask for a estimate for total repairs or damage they say ok they Come tell u that u will have in a few days THEN when they don't send it and you call then they say the estimate will be $300. The owner or son n law of owner is simply a wise guy who must be doing insurance scams as well as it can't be legal how they get the phone number of who calls fire Dept ?Their work is awful their staff is trained to act tough and if YOU HAVE ANY FIRE OR WATER DAMAGE DO NOT USE THEM USE THE PROS LIKE SERVICE PRO OR OTHER NATIONAL LARGE WELL KNOWN COMPANIES ...every time I called to talk to "Ron" he was in a deposition . STAY CLEAR OF THEM n they should be listed on rip off report and we will contact the better business bureau . Luckily I didn't pay them my neighbor did who caused the flood but she should sue for her money back because we need to now call in a REPUTABLE PRO ! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They appear at the same time as the local fire Dept to appear to be reputable BUT it would be no different if a personal injury attorney was waiting outside of emergency rooms !!

So a little over 10 years ago, when I had a huge ant and and black widow spider infestation, I really needed help! There were so many pest control companies to choose from , I really didn't know who would be best for the job! Luckily, there was a sticker in the garage of the house I was living in, that had TERMICON PEST CONTROL with the phone number! And even though they were located outside of my city, I figured they had been here before so, I called. I spoke with a very nice young lady that understood my panic and she arranged to have someone come out the next day at a very reasonable price! She was very kind and sympathetic to my fears and needs. The person that came out to my house , was very friendly and was able to explain exactly what he was going to do and where he was going to inspect to make sure he found as many pest problems as possible . At the time , I had two young kids and a puppy running around so, it was very important for me to have the safest and most effective chemical used. I saw a big difference in the first month and stuck to a monthly service in the summer and a little less in the winter. I liked that I didn't need to "sign up" with a contract and in fact, I never had to remember to make the appointment, I always got a follow up call to help me remember! I actually looked forward to confirming my appointments because I could always ask questions and add additional spraying if I needed . I find Termicon Pest Control to be very accommodating! Oh, and that "nice young lady" on the phone that first day ?... well it turned out she just happened to be the OWNER ! A pleasure to talk to and a nice touch to know how invested she is not only with her customers, but the business as well ! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a smaller, no nonsense and honest pest control company that can really get the job done!
