He is pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and concerned. His workers share those qualities. He stayed on-site through the project, which helped in a positive way. It seemed like Jon cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I had high mold test scores from the mold inspector. After the work of Clean & Green Restoration, I now have a Certificate of Clearance for mold. Clean and Green Restoration earned that for me. Each step toward that certificate was explained fully to me. This company does it right the first time, working smart and hard. I only have positive things to say about Jon and his company. They were 100% reliable, 100% responsible, showed up as scheduled and had all of the right tools and equipment, What a pleasure when all goes smoothly, as planned. And usually that does not happen for me. I strongly would recommend the hiring of Clean & Green Restoration. I know you will be as happy as I was with their services.

Jonathan Morales is very comforting and very calming, which is so helpful during a crisis time. He gave me first class service, and it was done right the first time. He kept me informed of each phase as he dealt with getting rid of the water damage, mold growth and all of the mess. At the end, my home was spotless, mold free and sanitized. He and his team show up on time and are ready to work hard. They are all pleasant, hard workers and all reliable. As the owner, Jon, stayed with his team making the job go smoothly to the end. Clean and Green Restoration was a very positive experience. He set the standards very high. He took tons of pictures (before, during and after pictures) which helped with the insurance claim. Clean and Green Restoration helped me to earn a passing test result on my Post-Remediation Certificate of Clearance mold test. I am just learning that a friend who hired a different company did not pass her test the first time. I highly recommend Clean and Green Restoration if you need these services. I know you would be happy with the work and end results. Jon takes pride in his work and seems to enjoy working hard. Unfortunately, I do not find these qualities in most companies.

He demonstrates his knowledge on his craft and explains it to you to help you understand in a simple way. He never once tried to oversell services or convince me that the solution I needed was more than what needed to be done to really solve the issue. He arrived on time. He communicated well. He provided documentation as needed. The pricing was very fair and I was happy with that. In Miami, that goes a long way because there are just way too many service people that try to con you to make a buck. Rick is legit and you can trust him. I would definitely hire him again if ever needed and most definitely recommend him for mold remediation.

Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did. We don't want another water emergency but if we have one, Thomas will be our first call.
