But everything after that became an absolute nightmare. The nail art and French tip services were nothing short of unacceptable. I asked for a simple French tip with a design, and what I received was so poorly done that it had to be redone over five times--on both my toes and my nails. Five times. Not because I was being picky, but because the work was visibly uneven, sloppy, and nowhere near the basic standard of a professional nail salon. I wanted to leave multiple times, but the staff insisted they could "fix it," only to make the same mistakes over and over again. Instead of feeling pampered, I felt trapped--stuck in a chair for far too long, watching my nails look worse with every attempt. By the end, I was physically and mentally exhausted from the experience. And then to be charged over $130 for nails that genuinely look like I did them myself at home? Completely unacceptable. I walked out feeling embarrassed, angry, and honestly, betrayed for putting my trust--and my money--into this business. I regret staying, I regret paying, and I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will never return, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did. The owner Gelisa has a nasty disgusting attitude and aweful…read morecustomer service skills especially for someone that has allegedly been a business owner for 20 years. My review was too long to post so I will add it in the pictures! The issue that I had was not with the stylist! It was the way the owner unprofessionally scheduled my daughters for 2 separate appointments and only had 1 stylist. She was fully aware we were driving from an hour away and did not take our time into consideration by properly providing enough stylist for the two appointments. Then had the nerve to lie on me and my children and try to blame me because I arrived 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I don't even think she knows what it means to take accountability for her own actions and the nasty words that come out of her grown mouth.
