Once again left waiting while she attended another double-booked appointment. My time isn't MORE valuable, but it's AS valuable as anyone else's. In this economy, I feel fairly confident my time and money will be better spent elsewhere. Front desk and ancillary staff are very good, great customer service. Hair stylist not so much. If my 5-weeks-out knee replacement wasn't killing me, I might've stuck it out, (made that clear before booking a month ago). I even switched the date at late notice, per her text request this past Saturday, and that wasn't the first time. I paid her for the color, but since she didn't get around to the cut after being there an hour after scheduled appointment time, my forbearance had been drained.

I really don't like people cutting my hair, but my relative came here before and had a decent experience, so I decided to come here as well. Jessica cut my hair. I told her to only cut about an inch off and even gave her a reference photo. I demonstrated with my fingers how much to cut as well. She said okay and started cutting right away. My hair ended up 8 inches shorter!!! The layers are so short and the bangs aren't even close to what I imagined. After the cut, I was sent to receive a shampoo. The man there did very well and it was relaxing with the massage. That was the only good part about this experience. After I was done shampooing, they both blow dried my hair then she started to put a hot iron on it--with no heat protectant. After that, she started cutting more again. It was uneven because she didn't even bother to fix my middle part after the wash. I asked her if she could fix my part, but she told me that it's okay and to just put it any kind of way. Seriously? I paid 60+ tip, which I shouldn't have even done. I didnt realize how short it was until I left. I screamed inside of my car because I was so angry. I am so upset and will recommend that if you have long hair, to not go here unless you want a big chop. I will never go here again. 0 stars

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A KERATIN TREATMENT!!…read more UPDATE: I typically get my Keratin treatments done in Los Angeles at a Salon that ONLY performs these treatments, no other service is offered there. I moved to Atlanta and decided to give this salon a try. I went in with curly 3C hair (frizzy since my last treatment was in May in Los Angeles) and left out with STRAIGHT hair from scalp to about 3.5 down the shaft of my hair with the rest of my hair still curly and frizzy. Amanda ONLY treated my "new growth" and said keratin treatments aren't applied to the hair that was previously treated which is FALSE!! only relaxers and permanent smoothing treatments aren't applied to hair that was previously relaxed. I was adamant about wanting to preserve my curls and just wanting my hair more manageable and frizz free. She understood this. She still proceeded to put this straightening treatment in my hair! I will only be able to wear straight styles until this grows out! My curls are ruined and the sides of my hair is completely broken off to two inches long and it's all because this stylist refused to acknowledge that she does not know how to do keratin treatments. It's been 2 months since my treatment and my hair is still breaking off! DO NOT COME HERE FOR A KERATIN TREATMENT. She uses a product that has Keratin in it, but it's NOT THE SAME THING! "Matrix Opti Smooth Normal Permanent Straightening Treatment" is NOT a Keratin Treatment! P.S. I left a review on Google and she actually replied acting as if I scammed her. how unbelievably unprofessional. To intentionally lie as if I skipped out on paying her when she didn't even attempt to collect money from me because she knew she ruined my beautiful curls. Not once did she ask me about payment, she kept telling me not to cry and that it will be okay and it's not permanent but here we are, two months later and I am now dealing with an inch of curly new growth, 4 inches of straight hair and 9 inches of curly ends. Amanda, you should be ashamed of yourself. Please note, you didnt even get the chance to flat iron my hair because when I finally saw what you did to my hair (you did a pretty good job at preventing me from seeing it up until that point) I was devastated!
