    Soft Opening Prices

Brand new courts are nicely painted and have ample space between to walk through. Lighting is a little bit dim for my liking, but that's better than it being overly bright and blinding your eyes. The flooring is on the hard side. I scraped my knee a little bit going for a dive shot. They have 54 badminton courts open for play, which pretty much guarantees you'll have a spot to play even when it gets busy or if some courts are reserved for training. If you don't plan to play and are just spectating, bring a jacket because it's pretty chilly inside. They have a good deal for their soft opening right now, see the photo for more details. I believe the facility will have 6 pickleball courts sometime in the future. However, as of the soft opening, pickleball is currently not available.

New Fremont location, nice and clean facility, probably the biggest one in the area. Some courts were brought over from their Milpitas location, which will probably close down soon due to this new location. Currently $17 for drop in until the 24th of November. Parking is really easy to find as the parking lot circles around the entire facility. They sell grips, birdies (currently only feathers), and offer stringing services. Not too sure about rackets, but I assume they'll start adding rackets and shoes too. The facility has about 50 badminton courts + 6 pickleball courts. Lighting is on the side of the courts making it really easy to look up and see the birdie when playing.

I love to play badminton with my friends at Bintang Badminton and you guys should go over there and play

One of the largest Badminton gym in the nation. There's currently no sign up names needed since most of the courts aren't full all the time.

There are 54 badminton courts in bintang fremont.

Almost every time I can find a court to play. And there is enough space between courts. Also there are lot of sofa and bench for rest. Highly recommend

Remember those days in the playground and their climbing structures? Well, as an adult, The Peak is the place to reignite that hobby and enjoy the sport with a rich community of professionals and enthusiasts. This huge facility is shared among The Peak's climbing structures, an indoor volleyball court, a casual restaurant, and a small arcade. There aren't many parking spots up front but around the back of the building, you'll see plentiful spots. Once you enter the building, head to the left through the glass doors where you'll see the many climbing walls speckled with multiple colored protrusions. The pricing is transparent and it's all available upfront. They do have day passes, multi-visit passes as well as memberships that will waive your entrance fee. In addition to the entrance fee, you may also be required to pay for the harness and shoe rentals (members get a discounted price). They also have chalk for the more advanced climbers. If it's your first time, consider completing the waiver online ahead of time. You may be asked to go through a quick orientation regarding the use of their auto-belay system, however if you already know how to belay traditionally, they may ask you to go through additional training just to be sure. Each wall seemed to feature a variety of colors to distinguish the different difficulty levels for more advanced climbers. Aside from the walls, they also have a huge structure designed for bouldering with a thick padded floor underneath. The boulder and auto-belay walls seemed the most popular but it didn't seem there was much waiting given the ample space in the facility. There was certainly enough climbing space for everyone. As a novice, the activity was fun and tiring; there's definitely a balance between technique and strength! Despite having entry for the whole day, we definitely were tired out within an hour of constant climbing and by hour two, it was just about time to leave and refuel. Fortunately, the location of this space is quite convenient due to having a restaurant right on site as well as its proximity to the highway and other eateries just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and informative. Besides the initial onboarding, there wasn't much interaction with them. They seem to keep things organized, cleaned and well-maintained. Overall, The Peak does a fantastic job introducing the sport of climbing to the local community and providing a clean and safe environment for newbies and experts alike. The price is reasonable for an all day activity and even more so if you become a member. For kids, they also have camps to build a new passion and train them up as climbers. For the more serious climbers, you may want to consider investing in the equipment to further save on the rentals. If this is a new challenge for you, take the opportunity to get in on this sport! The Peak makes it relatively easy to pick this up and continue leveling up with each visit!

Which makes sense when you're in a concrete urban jungle day in and day out - we just weren't meant to live this way. I literally searched Yelp for a park in the area on my way home, and Lakeshore came up. Tucked away in a residential area, Lakeshore is a small-ish, serene, well-kept park with, as the name implies, a lake being the central point. I strolled on the path for a bit. I'm not sure how long the path is, but it seems like a good spot to get a decent walk in, and there were a few walkers and joggers. After stretching my legs for a bit, I grabbed some bench and watched the birds - geese (these guys are huge!), seagulls, ducks, and crows - hanging out and eyeballing me to determine if I had food. They were so cute. There is nothing that gets me feeling better fast than being around animals. The human animals that passed by were nice as well, with smiles and hellos, how refreshing. I spent some time just sitting and resetting. It was good. I need to do this more. Nice park, enjoyed a much-needed reprieve here, and would return.

Parking fee is $5 (and plenty of it), as well as fishing, and additional fees if you bring boats here. There is no reception in various areas. It looks like it's a poppin' place for hiking, picnics, and other recreational activities. There is swimming allowed in the main lake only, though it's not the cleanest lake I've seen. The entire park area is quite expansive, that you'll have to drive around to visit everything efficiently. I suppose you can hike, but the road is a bit gravelly, rocky, uneven, and dirty with random poop. If you're walking to some of the fishing docks, you'll have to be careful about trekking up and down the hills with your gear. It could have been the day, but this was one of my least favorite fishing spot around the bay. The fishing docks were whatever, the fish weren't biting, the cleanliness wasn't there, and the trails were annoying. It started hailing/heavy raining randomly on our spot, even though it was going to be a warm afternoon. Also, an otter stole one of our catches. Still, the topography was interesting so I'd be open to coming here again to see if I'm being unappreciative.
