We…read moreunderstand that rules exist, but when we asked if we could pay extra for an additional spectator, we were met with rudeness instead of professionalism. The person at the desk did not explain the rule in a respectful way. Instead, she made us feel like our business was not wanted. What we heard was "your money is not good here." We were not asking for something unreasonable. We were offering to pay more for a guest who would not even participate in badminton. A simple "sorry, that is the policy" would have gone a long way, but instead we were treated with attitude and dismissal. If this is how management truly wants staff to handle customers, it is poor business. If not, then they should reconsider who they trust to be the first point of contact. Either way, the message we got loud and clear is that customers are not valued here.

No need to bring your own birdies and they also sell rackets, accessories, and water ($1 per bottle) and Gatorade ($3 per bottle). Note there is a $10 minimum charge for credit card. Only real complaint I have is that there doesn't seem to be AC indoors so it can heat up quickly, especially on hot summer days.

The second time the courts were full and they don't have a rotation policy. You just have to wait until someone empties the court. They do have sheets where you can sign up and get in line but no one honors it. If you have lots of time and are willing to wait at least for an hour to get to play then you can go here. Otherwise I recommend going to another place where they have a proper rotation policy. I am willing to change my review if they implement a proper policy.

We also dropped an email to no avail. Then we booked another window and paid again. We asked for rescheduling the first window which we had paid for and called for. Instead she tells us that we need to call at least one hour in advance to get a refund. When we told her we'd called and no one had picked our call, then she said she only comes to office at 3.45 pm. Well then how are we supposed to reach out 1 hr in advance if there is no one to pick up call at 3? Mind you, we weren't even asking for a refund. Just for a reschedule at any convenient to THEM. We were ready to come at any hour of the day any of the following days, but we got neither a refund nor a callback nor a reschedule. Only rude talks. Needless to say, they lost a regular customer.
