Food vendor for grand opening event: Meo Caphe

Very nice place. Six indoor courts available. Lockers, showers and a store at their facility. Very well lite. Courts are very nice. The owner and her staff are courteous. Attended their grand opening and dozens of people were there as well as a dragon dance and ribbon cutting. Many people immediately joined as members and started playing. Great place for beginners and advanced players.

$35 for drop in and you charge me $1.05 for service fee? Do you have another form of payment? Stop putting the service fee to your clients.

This place is focused on the community & friendly aspect of pickleball (which, in my opinion, is the best part of the sport).

My son was one of the older kids here who didn't know how to swim, so he was self-conscious, but Pierre's expertise and guidance made him comfortable and allowed him to learn without judgment or fear. I then texted Coach Angela after she turned 4 yo because she was showing signs of being interested. We were completely ghosted by Coach Angela. I was a former USTA player and I coached in college for my college's camp so I know a thing a two about coaching tennis and good customer service. Whether you have space to take a child in or not, you should always circle back. In the end of the day, everyone is connected and to one another and I'll say this, Euro Tennis is way better with better customer service than here. I grew up learning to play tennis by my dad. All was self taught through him. We weren't a rich family, but we were raised with values that took us far in life. I don't know what values these tennis coaches have here, but I'll say this.. poor customer service doesn't get very far. My ultimate goal was just to get my 4 yo and soon to be 5 yo to just make friends and get to know the sport that I love very much. I suggest all parents to go to Euro Tennis. Better customer service and lots of options. At Euro Tennis, they accept kids of all kinds. They have patience. And their focus is just making sure the kids have fun. At 5-7 yo, the ultimate goal is to have fun and like the sport.

Today when I brought my son in, they said I can't sit on the tables to work as I am not a member. I drive across town to bring my son to the camp however where am I supposed to go while he is in camp. I am so angry at the price point that I am paying. This is just wrong and extremely bad business. I am very upset and angry. I would like a refund for the camp so I can take him out and not have to come in from next week. Shame on you! My husband who has the primary membership sent you an email the same time I wrote this yelp review and guess what - you responded to this review but NOT to his email. Says a lot for your business practice. #shameful and #deceitful

What sets them apart is the personalized attention. Even in group sessions, the coaches take time to correct form, offer specific tips, and keep kids engaged and having fun. My kid went from barely holding a racket to consistently rallying, and more importantly, actually *loves* showing up each week. The communication from the team has been great too -- easy enrollment, responsive to questions, and accommodating when schedules get complicated. For a Bay Area tennis program, the value is really solid. If you're looking for a structured, encouraging environment to get your child into tennis (or sharpen your own game), Euro Tennis in Fremont is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

If you want to opt for a change in schedule it's an additional $40.00 which means for a one week lesson you'd pay about $90 for one week and remaining $52 for the rest of the week. Usually with most group lessons for example swim, ice skating, dance or music, you get the opportunity to attend a "make up" class within 30 days. I would know because my child has wanted to try everything from swimming to voice lessons.

Note the Yelp hours are incorrect and they're closed on Mondays!…read more I showed up on a Monday and the shop was closed but Rick happened to stop by to pick something up. He mentioned they'll be open the following day, but ended up taking my order anyway after asking what I was looking for (on his day off!). I went home and stressed out for 2 days because I was certain I ordered the wrong racket (I tried to do the transaction quickly and didn't even look at the racket since Rick wasn't even supposed to be working so I wanted to get out quickly). No matter how I crunched the numbers, I was certain it could not be the correct racket since my total after strings and tax was $20 below MSRP of the racket alone. I show up to pick up my racket and it was the right one! I was so confused I had to ask Rick about it and he said he never uplifted his prices after Babolat and other retailers increased their prices after tariffs. I came to support a local shop since it's rare for high end and in demand rackets to be sold at a discount. I never would've thought a small shop could've beat these prices. He didn't even tell me he was giving a discount or anything... people unfamiliar with rackets probably don't even understand the crazy deal they're getting. It's so nice to know that even though Rick can charge MSRP (and it would be a wise business decision to do so), he doesn't. I'm still reeling and cannot thank Rick enough. He's honestly such a great guy (I spoke politics with him too) and I hope everyone supports his shop. This experience is honestly exactly why more people should shop local.
