This is a newer Binny's location being only 4 years old and apparently having been relocated from another location along Lake Cook Road. I had my first visit up here today as my normal go-to Binny's is in Niles. Niles is usually fine for me, but upon doing some research, I found that for whatever reason this Binny's has more in stock of several specific wines that were sold out at many other locations. I also met and spoke to Mark, the wine consultant here. He was an excellent and knowledgeable consultant, as well as engaging and personable. Great store, great service, great products and inventory! Thank you!

Dam I've been looking for this cognac D'usse forever. I had this on Christmas and it seems like very few places carry it. My nephew brought a bottle and the family quickly polished it off Origin. The bold, yet remarkably smooth character of D'USSÉ Cognac was founded by Shawn "JAY-Z" Carter and conceived by the senior-most cellar master working today, Michel Casavecchia. ... This 200-year-old venue -- one of the oldest Cognac houses in France -- is where Casavecchia created". JZ wanted to create something for his 50tb birthday & partnered w/Michael Casavecchia in creating in what I feel is a very good cognac (not that I'm an expert but I really enjoyed it and looked until I found it at Binny's. This particular Binny's has a gentleman named Will who is the assistant manager & incredibly knowledgeable about the different spirits that Binny's has to offer. I'm mainly a scotch & single malt drinker when I drink but I really enjoyed the D'usse cognac created by JZ. Thank you Will for you patience & willingness to educate me on some of the finer points of the different scotches & cognacs. It was very enlightening.

Great customer service. Really take the time to meet customers and get to know them. For a chain it has a small town vibe to it.

As someone relatively new to cigars, I appreciated the guidance and education provided by the staff. They took the time to help me understand different cigar types, leading me to discover that I enjoy the Connecticut style--a revelation I wouldn't have made without their expertise. I've visited Neumann's twice already, and each time has been a delight. The service is top-notch, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. I haven't had the chance to enjoy their comfortable lounge upstairs yet, but I'm looking forward to it. In fact, I'm planning to take my dad here for Father's Day--it's the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable time. If you're a cigar aficionado or someone looking to explore the world of cigars, Neumann's Cigars & More is the place to be. You won't be disappointed!

The staff here exist for zero reasons. They are rude, they're not helpful, they are in a rush to get you out of the store and don't care if questions are answered or if the coil fits. This is the third and final time I am charging these guys back. I've found a new store that's up the road and has real customer service. I mean actual services of vaporizers. This dude took my tank apart, understood it slowly, rebuilt it, found the proper coil while I was basically freaking out about how much money I lost on today and then came out and said "you know what. Here's the CORRECT coils. I finally found them! And I'll give a slight price cut for all the troubles of the day." This is how customer RETENTION works. You can't retain customers with just low prices. Low prices alone are how Aldi has churn. This whole store is all about churn. They don't care about you as a person. They don't care about you even as a valued customer. Many places it's like "greetings valued customer how can I help you" Here? As soon as you walk in it feels like I'm invading on someone's party. Two men angry and elderly who act like they'd rather be at home than running a vape store. Then bloody retire! If you bloody old kodgers don't want real work like an occasional challenging "let's properly fit this tank with a coil" case then you don't belong in the vape industry. Lots of people are new or returning to vaporizers due to high cannabis prices. Not everyone knows all of the 2025 tanks vs the 2017 breeds I was once experienced with. I hate to admit it but I am a noob when it comes to the vape technical side. I can put on a mean vape show with my clouds and the cashier at the new store even invited me to show inside of his shop! Not EVER did I get invited to show inside of LC Smoke. LC Smoke needs to be taken off of the map by the government. This store is legit dangerous. They didn't even check my ID. Failure to check ID is a serious breach of regulatory law and can result in dissolution of the business. This store is incorporated under an Al Moqeet to my records. I will be in contact with county prosecutors.

Went there to buy one thing, mind you I knew I could buy it online for $44.95 + free shipping but I felt like supporting a local business.... JOKES ON ME! Get to the store and they have the exact item marked at $94.99. I explain the situation to the guy working, who clearly doesn't care. He could've marked up the price $15-20 and I would've bought, however a $50 markup is ridiculous. Just lost any future business from myself and anyone else I can warm about this trash hole. Ps. I bought the item for $44.95 online right from the parking lot, so enjoy losing that sale!

The first time we ordered from here was through the website and we drove up to pickup the food. First, the app... perfect. Need gluten free food filtered? Yep! Need low carbs and zero sugar filtered? Yep! Did you decide to go into the store instead and need to turn it into a shopping list telling you which aisle and section it is located in? Yep! Honestly, it is fantastic. Next, it is employee owned. Everyone inside seems to care about making you a happy customer because they own a stake in it. Lastly, this place is massive! I can't rally explain to you how massive. It is 242,000 square feet of groceries. For scale, that is 15 commercial Boeing 737 jetliners inside or 395 full sized semi trucks or the entire New York City Central Park Zoo! In need of household goods, we made the trek and figured there was at least a few options available. We were wrong, this place is not a typical grocery store. It's a food emporium, with tons of aisles and plenty of choices. Was surprised they didn't have any manned stations (meat, deli, and fish usually have someone there with fresh products). This place just has more aisles. And while we might have one or two cases of a specific type of item, you got full aisles. And not just one aisle, but multiple. And many different brands and types. It's impressive to say the least. The discover only for card payments was a little weird. But not an issue since they take cash. Price was fairly reasonable as well. All-in-all, a fun trek for a mundane task. If you need to find a product, check woodsman's. They probably got it
