After working for an auto tire and repair shop, I knew what I wanted when I looked to review after review to find a reliable and honest repair shop. Mavis turned out to fit the bill. Ordering tires and setting an appointment all online made my life much easier. I have been treated with respect, updated regularly on the progress of repairs, given honest repair estimates, and downright great service. The manager was accessible and respectful. I am a repeat customer having placed major engine repairs in their competent hands. Thank you Mavis Tire for restoring my faith in repair shops. See you again soon.

5-Star Review given for Roger Seltzer at Renn Kirby Kia in Gettysburg, PA! I wanted to take a…read moremoment to recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond in customer service. A huge shout-out to Roger Seltzer, an outstanding Service Advisor at Renn Kirby Kia. Over the past year, Roger has been incredibly understanding, kind, and determined to resolve every issue with my Kia Sportage -- and there have been quite a few challenges along the way. He consistently follows through on his promises, maintains complete transparency with no hidden costs, and has always been a man of his word. Roger works closely with me to address every concern while keeping repairs within my budget. I purchased a high-mileage vehicle that has required several minor fixes. No matter the situation or how frustrated I feel, I can always reach out to Roger for honest advice and practical guidance. His customer service has truly been exceptional. When concerns first arose -- before I had owned my Sportage even three months -- Roger was remarkably patient. He listened attentively as I shared my frustrations and offered thoughtful suggestions to keep my vehicle running smoothly and safely. Most importantly, he helped me keep the car I love. When I was ready to trade it in, Roger's efforts and understanding allowed me to continue driving my dream car. If you're seeking exceptional service, I highly recommend Renn Kirby Kia -- and specifically asking for Roger Seltzer. He truly makes all the difference. Jack Giambalvo Kia is a bit closer to my home than Renn Kirby Kia, but I will continue to travel to Renn Kirby to get the quality service/repairs, as I know that Roger and his team will provide to me.

The rim of the tire was badly damaged, the alignment was severely out of wack, and we weren't sure if the car was roadworthy. Almost every single auto repair shop in the vicinity was closed, but my wife noticed this one was still open. Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful, took the time to check under the car to make sure that nothing else besides the rim was damaged, verified that the tire was not punctured, shaved the rim down for us so that it wasn't mangled and sticking out, and rotated it to the back for us. He took his time and did a thorough job, even painting the hub cap that was scraped. He didn't have an alignment machine, but we recommended that we take care of that as soon as possible, which we did. His prices are fair and reasonable. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to go here again.
