The transmission in my truck wasn't running too well. I took it up to these guys, dropped it off, they took a look and called me the next day. Within the day I dropped the truck off at Dicks they contacted me, told me what was going on and the roads there were to take. They had everything ordered and the truck was to be on it's way out within only a few days. That's service!!! After speaking with Phil and Dorsey I knew I had to go with a brand new transmission. With that being said I wasn't concerned about where my money was going with these guys. Knowing ppls lives still must go on...the truck wasn't out of commission for too long at all and That's great!. Although being skeptical, Dicks auto made this whole process very easy for me. Dicks didnt act as if they were in it for the money and just to 'fix somethin' they actually listened and understood my situation (no I don't need new wipers or a new battery and my tires are FINE!!) they just did what they had to do. The only reason I even bought these tires is I hit a set of nails on Waynesboro Main Street and needed a replacement quick. I am a new father, I am also hitting hard times, instead of compassion and understanding of my situation and just asked what could be done to help; I was reverently told nothing will be done, conversation was over, to stop wasting their time, and leave. Had to take it back several times and every time ended up with new problems. They let kids work on my truck and i ended up having to replace the transmission gasket and the transmission lines they left rubbing against the harmonic balancer until they split and charged me for every one of their mistakes. They are shit. Clearly can't diagnose transmissions and are not honest about how they conduct themselves. They say they'll rebuild your transmission for less than $1300, but they don't tell you they're going to start there and work towards the cheaper solutions because they can't diagnose a transmission.
