I get my car inspected here annually and I can trust that the results are legit. I've even referred others to here who are also happy with the service. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy place to care for your car.

Both purchased my vehicle here and just went in yesterday for service. Got an excellent price on…read morethe vehicle and have been very happy with it. No problems for 4 years now. (It was used 1 year.) Yesterday's service is what most impressed me, though: I've been to 4 Kia dealerships in 4 different states with this vehicle, and this has been hands-down the best. I was served by J.R., who is an excellent communicator and a very patient and kind person. So often at dealerships I feel like the service rep is just spitting jargon at me so I'll worry and spend more money. J.R. did make recommendations for future service, but said nothing is urgent right now so I can go home and decide later if I want to. No pressure. Just informative, clear, and helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because, over the phone, I was told that my safety recall fix would take 1 hour. When I arrived, I was told it could take up to 3 1/2 hours. That's a pretty big discrepancy, and suggests that the service department isn't communicating well with the ladies who take appointments. In the end, my visit lasted somewhere between 1 and 3 1/2 hours, but I had also added an oil change, a horn check, and a car wash in the meantime, plus J.R. warned me about the possible wait as soon as I arrived. So in the end the wait was understandable; I just think the ladies taking appointments need better information! Will definitely be back here for service in the future. Thank you, J.R., for your wonderful customer care!

I was told that because the cabin air filter was so bad that it would need a Kia A/C Refresh and Evaporator Service. I said I would take care of the filters myself. As a customer for the last five years, I'm surprised by the some of the bad reviews for this…read morebusiness. I have had nothing but good experiences with Liberty. It is a family owned and run business. They must be doing something right when there is a two week waiting period for work to be done. I have had them perform brake replacements, oil changes and inspections. The work has always been top notch with no issues. There was only one time I had a minor issue with an oil change. After the oil change, I noticed there was a small amount of oil leaking from my oil pan. I brought the car back to them and they found that the oil drain plug washer had a split in it. They promptly replaced the washer and any lost oil at no charge. They stood behind their work and admitted the mistake. That's the kind of service and company I want to do business with. While their prices may not be the cheapest, they certainly are not the highest. I have found their prices to be fair and reasonable. The work and parts are of excellent quality. I recently purchased a gift card from Liberty for my son because he needed new tires for his pick up truck. He told me that Liberty's tire prices were hundreds of dollars cheaper than a shop he had been using previously. The shop has six car bays for repairs. They not only sell tires, but they perform many types of auto repais, including A/C repairs, engine repairs, brakes, exhaust, electrical/wiring, etc. Their is a samall waiting area if you want to wait for your vehicle. They have a large parking lot to hold plenty of vehicles. They also offer to loan you a car when available if needed, to allow customers to use it if needed to get to work or home. I don't know of other repair shops that offer that kind of service. If you can't bring the car to the shop the day of repairs, you can drop if off the evening/night before and drop your key into an envelope and key box with instructions of what needs to be done. I wholeheartedly and easily recommend this business.

First off I don't do many reviews and when I do they tend to be good. My goal here is to merely…read moreshare my experience Fyi. For years Keplinger's was my go to repair shop. Conveniently located, very clean and impressively maintained. I'm an electronics technician by trade and do some minor maintenance and repairs on my own vehicles. I was concern with a clunking that seemed to be coming from the front passenger side when I hit a bump. When I needed other work I'd ask in a "by the way' fashion, if they would also check for the source of that noise. And every time they'd fix something for between $100-$130, but the noise would linger. I know noise problems can be tricky, so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they'll get it the next time. Finally, after 3 or 4 years and may $700 or $800 I mentioned to the receptionist that over the years they never fixed my noise problem. She conveyed it to Scott in the back and he when off. Totally offended, like I insulted his integrity. Ok, at this point I'm not sure if they'd been bilking me or maybe it was repetitive misdiagnosis or incompetence, but I knew I needed a new shop. So, I when to Sears Automotive and they found it to be a lower control arm (worn bushing). Fast-forward to my next vehicle, a couple years later, my emergency brake wasn't holding the weight of the vehicle when parked on a hill. I explained the problem to Scott and he told me that was normal. Any automotive technician knows that without the emergency brake engaged the tiny transmission pawl singularly holds a large portion of the weight of the vehicle and if it should give (which it will eventually) you're looking at big bucks in transmission repair, not to mention possibly collision damage. This time I when to Carmax, they fix it, stating it was stuck, due to stubborn rust. $61.00. We'll, that's my experience. Hope you can gleam from it.
