Had the best experience today from a most amazing person at the Balgowlah Bing Lee store in sydney. Right at closing time she went above and beyond after everything was supposed to be closed and done for the day. We had searched everywhere but the item we wanted was out of stock. I saw the store as I drove by, pulled over and rang the number. I explained my dilemma and that I was across the road, the lady on the phone went above and beyond to find the item which they had very few left, then opened the door for me after closing and let me purchase the item and walked me to the door and wished me a wonderful day.
