It was one of those lovely hose ones, which you can use to spray lashings of water into large pans and all over the kitchen floor. Also excellent for warding off irritating children. But no. Despite the evident advantages of these quite expensive versions of a kitchen tap, they are apparently destined to leak ... so the men at Reece, to their loss, talked me out of the fun-stuff and into a far cheaper, more practical and longer lasting regular spout. Boring, but practical. It works.

The false promises, the errors, the poor craftsmanship, the damage to our property that they refused to repair or offer compensation for - and an upper management level that never, ever contacts you despite serious errors from their business and leaving messages for them. It took far longer than ever scoped, several parts had to be done, redone and redone again and again due to mistakes and poor work. I cannot stress enough to avoid - they will take your money and couldn't care less how well the job is done. FYI - once several of the errors were patched over with quick-fixes, no-one in management or even a site manager ever came to check it or ever called to see if we were satisfied. Just silence. Honestly, I have no idea how they are in business. If you do, for some crazy reason, go with them - check every thing they do. Watch over them every second. You need to be your own site manager - because they sure aren't. You need to make calls, check finishes, check placements and positioning, remind them of the original plans when they change them for no reason, call up the suppliers because Oxford don't, deal directly with the tradespeople because Oxford don't... I wish you the best - but you're better off trying to renovate your bathroom yourself - even with zero experience or knowledge... you'd still come out better off and probably in a shorter timeframe. Avoid.

Located adjacent to a huge mall, I've been there three times and never found a way to head back in the direction I wanted. Twice I spent more than half an hour wandering around the northern suburbs finding my way back to our daughter's home, which is only a ten minute drive from the store. But still the best hardware store in the area.
