I entered the Rouse Hill Bunnings Wednesday 7 January. I approached the service counter for a refund. A older thin structure. I noted she was grumpy and when engaged me she was abrupt and rude. She told me to go get the replacement article in a low grade manner. As I came back I noted she was again grumpy towards another client and she saw me and walked off from the counter. Please review her she is acting strange and unhinged she might not only need training but more intense help. I am serious that she needs training and help. I hope management watch her actions on camera on the afternoon of the 7 January. read more

Sometimes they ask me as an immigrant: How are Australians? you know in general. In General in Rouse Hill Bunning WH you will find many natives. You get the very helpful respectful people who will speak in tongues to our untrained immigrant years but go the extra mile to give you a hand. But then, then you get the arse face, life is hard and dull attitude (even it is not since you live in bloody Australia!!) that will not only do a minimum effort but give you wise arse answers. Friendliest most helpful staff! No matter what you're looking for, you always find it! The staff are so knowledgable too! Don't let looks deceive you either, ask anyone where something is and they just know! 100 isles later they still know! Everyone is approachable and they always ask u if u need anything... This Bunning's is easy to reach, plenty of parking, not far to walk to the escalators or lift and you're in the store. They always seem to have what I want. I rarely have to wait inline. I was after some LED bulbs and they have a good collection now of all different wattage's. A friend of mine was moving and they had a good selection of packing material. I guess the biggest thing that sticks out here is the weird maze they make you drive around the car park just to get back to the lifts etc. It defeats the purpose of having nicely flowing traffic if all the cars are directed where everyone is backing out of a spot each time. read more
