I been trying to get my garage in order for awhile that dream finally came true when I saw a neighbor with this dumpster in their yard so I called talked to taylyn she gave me the details texted me the restrictions and was able to give me an upfront quote with tax which is what was billed to my card what's cool is they delivered it same day Paul came with all the details made sure I knew what not to put in and said if you have questions just text us I most likely will be using them again later this year but cleaned alot out of my garage and can now park my vehicles inside with plenty of space because it's now declutterred. Quality and value here. Dumpster was in great shape. Communication was perfect. No surprises.

These people kinda confused me. This is a place where you rent a dumpster. I was expecting the bare minimum and not so friendly service one would expect from this type of business. Wow, was I wrong. The customer service at this place was insane. Simply just people who care about their business. Price was slightly better than most I checked but it was the small things they did well. You call with a question and you get an immediate response. The dumpster was perfectly clean and placed on 2x6's so your driveway doesn't get scratched or gouged. Only advice I can offer is since the price difference is so small go bigger. We got their largest size assuming it was way more than we needed but filled it completely. Completely as in every square inch was used. I wish I remembered the names of the two people I spoke with but thank you for making this chore after a parent's passing so easy. This is an incredible improvement from the street dumpster alternative. Our streets are narrow and the ability to fit it all on the driveway (with additional space for me to get the car in and out) was awesome. What a remarkable company Bin There Done That was to do business with. After living in the same house for almost 20 years, we accumulated quite a bit of junk and clutter.
