I took my 2013 328I for an engine oil sensor problem, and was fixed same day! Rob is a professional! He will tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and be up front about it. His pricing is very reasonable. I really can't say enough about this guy, I'm so lucky to find a BMW Tech who really knows his profession and has a reasonable pricing. read more

Recently purchased an e30 and knew I was going to have to get some preventive maintenance and just the whole car gone over. Called Rob immediately to have the car gone through, him and his team did an amazing job on the car as always, I've know them for some years now and wouldn't recommend anyone else out there for work to be done. Will always recommend and give a 5 star rating. So happy with what was done and the price they gave me. Rob was great, a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me a lot with a very expensive repair and even though the process was unconventional for him he still treated my vehicle like it was his own. 10/10 definitely recommend. read more

Where do I start with Mr. ROB? I Had left my BMw at a local spot called Driven in agoura for 2 weeks. Nothing got done! It was just sitting there and collecting dust! They could not figure out the problem. No calls and no one will answer my calls at DRIVEN. I was referred to Rob by a friend, and WOW this guy was on point with the problem. He had it fixed in 4 days and everday he kept me posted about my car. Fixing a computer module for A bmw is crasy. Thank you Rob! God Bless with your business and success. read more

This is the place to come to service your BMW. Rob is very competent and honest and if he can save you money he will. His strategy is to keep a loyal, long-time customer happy, rather than to just get maximum money on each visit, like the dealers do. We have two BMW's and we'll keep taking them to Bimmer Connection as long as Rob keeps treating us right! read more

5 stars all day long for Rob. Finding a honest, trustworthy mechanic is tough, and Rob meets those qualities. I needed motor mounts replaced on my 2012 528, and the dealer was going to charge me a fortune, noting they "weren't sure that would fix the vibration issue entirely." I called Rob who helped me over the phone and had me come in for a look. Rob gave me the honest assessment of what needed to be done; the issue was fixed in 24 hours at a fraction of the cost of the dealer. I couldn't be happier. Rob also made some suggestions for future items that may need attention, thoroughly explaining why he was making such suggestions. After the fix, Rob called a week later to check in and make sure everything was OK! I will never go back to the dealer, ever. Use these guys, it won't be a mistake! read more

I took my bmw for an oil change and an inspection. The owner could not have been any nicer and thoroughly explained everything that they were to do to the vehicle. They went above and beyond and didn't try to rack up different problems that were unnecessary on the car. You definitely feel like you're a part of a family when you go. I would highly recommend. read more

He took me awhile to find, but Rob takes exceptional care of my BMW. I tried a handful of other places, but Rob is the one that truly understands these cars inside and out. He is thorough in his explanations as to what needs to be done now, and what can wait, and what the corresponding risks/warning signs look like. My car's engine will not be touched by anyone other than Rob and team. read more

Do not even consider taking your BMW anywhere else, seriously. These guys are professional and HONEST. Good luck finding better prices. I live far away but I will make the drive just to come out to these guys. The BMW dealer quoted me $1300 for a repair while bimmer connection did it for almost half that. And the job is always quality with OEM parts. Please do yourself a favor and try this place out. If you feel like you've been ripped off in the past and are looking for a new shop, this is the place. read more

Past 15 years I had several BMWs that was serviced by Rob. He is amazing, honest and very professional. Thanks you.

Rob is an experienced certified BMW Master Technician who always takes the time to review diagnostic information. He is honest about explaining what repairs are necessary to drive the car safely and never tries to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. I would not trust anyone else to repair and maintain my collection of older BMWs. I took in my 2007 BMW 335i coupe into Bimmer Connection late last week to get my water pump changed. From the moment I walked in, I knew I found the right spot to get my car up and running in no time. Rob greeted me right away in a pleasant and professional manner. He assured me he could do the repair with a quick turn around at a super competitive price. If I took my car into a dealer service center, I would have had easily spent a few hundred dollars extra. I found a trustworthy BMW repair shop I will go to for all of my service needs. If you want an honest BMW expert to take care of your car, look no further than Rob at Bimmer Connection. read more

Rob the mechanic as well as owner is awesome. His personality is so easy going, he's super responsive via email and phone, runs a very clean shop and most importantly did a fantastic job on my BMW. His prices are meaningfully below your local BMW dealership and he will diagnose the issue properly the first time. All too often you return to the dealers for the same issue but they charge you again because they describe it as a new one. Those frustrating days are over! There is probably nothing more satisfying on earth than a trustworthy mechanic. Highly recommend. read more

Rob is absolutely the only person I trust with my car. As a single mother with only one car it is very important to me to keep my car running and in good shape. He has been my trusted mechanic for years and has always diagnosed any problem with my car and let me know exactly what was going on. He is great at explaining everything so that I can understand the problem, and he only fixes what needs to be fixed. He always gives an estimate and sticks to it and never does work that isn't absolutely necessary. I was so happy to hear he was opening his own shop, he really is the best at what he does! Can't say enough about the service I've received. You need 3 things in life: a good Doctor, a good accountant and a good mechanic. Rob is simply the best. read more

I gotta give Rob a big shout out... In the interest of full disclosure, I am a distant relative of Rob's... but, I also needed to say something about him, since he's taken care of my car for years. He is a true professional and has taken care of my car for a number of issues. He's patient, thorough and is a diagnostic genius. My car is over 14 years new and has never felt better. Thanks buddy! read more

First of all let me start of by saying that I'm a woman and as a woman it's very hard to trust a mechanic because you feel like they like to take advantage of you, but Rob is not that mechanic he's very honest he takes the time to go over everything with you. I have been taking my 328i to him for about 3 years now and I have never regretted it once. Thank you bimmer connection for all your hard work!! read more

Rob and Kevin are true professionals... excellent technical competency matched with fantastic customer service. Simply put, I will be a loyal, long-term customer and I will refer anyone who has a BMW. I am very happy I found Bimmer Connection! read more

Rob and his employees are the absolute best when it comes to BMW service. I called to make an appointment and spoke with the owner Rob himself and he was very friendly and helpful in helping set up an appointment for my wife's car. His brother Tig greeted me when I arrived and was very personable. He had a great attitude towards myself and other customers who were dropping off or picking up cars. I was surprised to learn that not only Rob the owner was and is an accomplished Master BMW technician who worked for many decades running different BMW service centers in Southern California, but his technicians too are BMW Master technicians with many decades under their belts too. Reading the different newspaper clippings and seeing the many awards received from BMW North America was very impressive. I could tell from the minute I walked in that this place was well kept and they have the passion for the product. Their prices are great and they performed a few services I requested flawlessly. If your ever looking to have service work performed on your BMW, look no further. This operation is truly an honest and professional business. You can bet that you will be impressed. I saw the reviews, but now after having them take care of my wife's car, I'm telling everyone who has a BMW about this place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from those BMW stealerships!! Thank you Rob and Tig and the whole team their at Bimmer Connection! read more

After being ripped off for over 3 years at Bavarian Performance Specialists, I finally had enough. I have a 2002 BMW 325i. I am the original owner & am meticulous about service & oil changes. The car has 208,000 miles on it, but it is in pristine condition, inside & out. However in the past 6 months it just wasn't performing like my car. It just didnt have the power it used to. Was it finally time fir a new one? After replacing the fuel pump TWICE in 6 months atvBavarian PS, I was done with them. So I took a chance & went to Rob, who I found was very highly rated on YELP. The 1st thing Rob saw was that the filter had not been changed in a very long time, it was filthy. How can that be it I had just taken it in the month before to BPS? Rob opened up on a Saturday, just to accommodate me & ran some diagnostics. I was ready to get rid of the car. Rob said no, the car is fine & probably has another 200,000 miles on it. He changed the filter & the car performed beautifully & passed all the diagnostics. A simple filter! He could have really ripped me off too. He did say however that he could not believe that BPS would put in a rebuilt fuel pump in my car! Twice! And charged me for a brand new one. I also bought a brand new Bosch battery last year from BPS & a week later had to call AAA because the car wouldn't start . The AAA guy immediately said the battery was too small for the car. I had paid BPS full price for proper battery! BPS is crooked beyond belief. It's a matter of pure greed. In any event, I am so thankful to have found Rob. It's not a matter if cost when you go to a mechanic, it's a matter of trust. Well, I just bought a new BMW 428i & gave my 325i to my son who will drive it for the next 200,000 miles & will continue to take it to Rob for service. Rob is a 100% honest guy & so pleasant to deal with! read more

Rob and his team are great! Excellent service and my car runs amazing. Taking the hubby's car next.

I came to Rob Pourian based on a recommendation from a guy at my BMW Dealership who knew that they could not handle some much needed repairs to my beloved 1974 2002tii. Boy was that a great recommendation. Rob was smart, creative, cost-effective and went above and beyond to make sure that he got my old BMW up and running, and without charging me crazy prices either. He is exactly what you want in a mechanic -- knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, honest and responsive. He even stored my car at no extra charge while I spent a couple months in San Diego taking care of my Dad. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I'll be going back to Rob with anything and everything BMW-related. read more

Prompt and efficient service! I felt I was in good hands while they were taking care of my car!!

Absolutely fantastic! He's the one who has kept my 330Ci on the road like nobody else! He quickly diagnosed a hairline crack in my radiator within seconds worn a flashlight. Who knows how much they'd ask and how long they'd take at the dealer! I've gone to go see Rob for awhile and his professionalism is absolutely fantastic. read more

Having been an independent mechanic customer most my life, I recently tried Bimmer Connection for service on my '08 335i. The owner/operator, Rob, was as pleasant, knowledgable and honest as any I've encountered. He expertly handled the work I'd requested, communicated everything that was going on and was helpful on other concerns I had. If you're looking for a good, highly-trained, dependable BMW technician you can count on and feel confident about, Rob is your guy. read more

My 2012 535I M-Sport went out of warranty in December. So, it figures that I would have an electronic issue with the car a mere 3 months after the warranty expired. The dealership quoted me a minimum of 2 hours at $189 an hour to diagnosis the problem! Fortunately for me a friend knew of Rob and his Bimmer Connection shop and recommended him to me. For a fraction of the cost the dealer wanted, Rob diagnosed the issue and fixed it. No up sell, no double talk .. just one talented and honest BMW mechanic. After speaking with Rob for awhile I learned he had years and years of experience at BMW dealers as a mechanic. His training and experience is vast. One look at how he has his shop set up and how clean it is tells you he is well organized & meticulous. It is truly a blessing to have found this indy shop. I will be back!! read more

Two thumbs up for Rob! I am the original owner of my 2003 325i (over 100,000 miles). I took good care of my car and always brought it to the dealer for services. However, I've noticed the decline in the quality in the dealer, and how they push hard on unnecessary, expensive repairs/replacement. After a series of bad experiences with the dealer recently, I am so grateful to have found Rob at Bimmer Connection. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, professionalism and pricing. Rob is extremely experienced and competent. He took time to inspect my car, addressed my concerns and proposed a very well thought-out and reasonable plan for my bimmer that still runs great but needs some necessary maintenance. I really appreciate his ethical and respectful approach with his clients. I also like how he takes great pride and care of his work. Not to mention the superb pricing! Excellent job, Rob!
