Mr Perry told me to have a seat and he would have one of the staff to take care of my car and he did. This was at the end of the day. Everyone from the front office to the back (technicians) made me feel welcome and made sure my car had new brakes and rotors before I left that evening. I have had an engine replaced in another car. No problem. I was told if any problem occurred, don't hesitate to come back. So far, everything is good. I recommend this auto shop. Thanks Mr Perry and staff.

For instance, brake rotors and pads, air conditioner compressor, alternator, and the oil changed. As well as renting a U-Haul truck at the same location. Michael at ATL Urban Garage could not have been kinder and more attentive throughout my entire…read moreservice experience. When assessing my car for regular maintenance needs (new brake pads and an oil change), he thoroughly investigated my all of my concerns and listened to me. The services my car needed were priced very fairly, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. That part is especially important to me as a woman who has been overcharged for unnecessary services in the past - you won't have to learn that hard lesson here! I have limited knowledge about cars (and LOTS of questions as a result), and Michael took care to address each one of them. He was patient, thoughtful, and so welcoming! If you have the pleasure of spending an hour in his shop while waiting for your service to be completed, you won't be without a great companion. He is a busy man, but clearly makes time for his customers. I would absolutely recommend this shop for their quality of service, kind staff & owner, and great value.

Our vehicle hadn't changed or gotten better until March 10th and we tried to get a hold of Johnny McGruder and he refused to talk to us and hung up on us several times. We then decided to take our vehicle to the dealership service to find out what was going on. They discovered that the previous shop (this shop) installed wrong parts and incorrectly. We contacted the courthouse and gave me information to contact the secretary state office to pull up the business license and they told us there is no business license for this shop and they recommended that we file a lawsuit against this shop.

In spite of seeing reviews about the "grouchy" guy in the front my experience was anything but that. First there was Bobby who looked kind of rough but he was very nice and after I told him the problem with my car told me that they would look at it right away and got the owner Jeff. When I saw the back brace on his back and told him that I had lumbar spine surgery 2 months ago we got into an interesting conversation about that while they got my car on the rack and Jeff was looking at it. Then Jeff came and got me to show me the damage. My car is an old but reliable 2007 Toyota Camry. I was hoping that the joint connecting the muffler to the catalytic converter could be soldered but there was so much corrosion the joint and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. It was expensive for me on a limited fixed income but much lower than other places. Jeff told me that it would take about an hour but it was about 45 minutes. I told Jeff and Bobby about the negative comments about the "grouchy" guy and asked which one it was. They pointed at each other and we all started laughing. Jeff said that he doesn't look at the reviews. I told them that I thought that they were funny and delightful.
