The lady was nice and communicative about what was going on, and they even did it near closing time on a weekend. Recently I visited for an oil change and my car was ready in 28 minutes. I could instantly tell the difference in how my vehicle was driving. I was also informed that my vehicle looked good and only concern may be rear breaks and they would look at it during the next oil change. He does specialize in the European brands, though, as well as Rolls-Royce, Bentley, etc., but has the diagnostic systems and tools to work on just about anything. TBH, I wouldn't have bought some of the vehicles that I did if it weren't for having him as my mechanic and also a close friend.
