The engine light came on the code said water pump they replaced the water pump, but they charged me for labor again 3days after they put in the second water pump the engine light came back on. I took it to another BMW mechanic scanned the code said water pump malfunction. I told them you guys look into it. See what's going on. Fix it and let me know they removed the water pump that was put on the second time and told me it's an after water market pump it's so cheap. It doesn't even have a name or serial number on it. It was not compatible to the 740 BMW this company is putting aftermarket parts and cheap parts on your vehicle.

They worked with the insurance company and the rental car agency. Hertz rental car is real close and they picked me up after the appointment. The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. Now the important part -- quality of the work. It was great, the bumper looked brand new and the detailing was one of the better details I have seen. I understand if maybe he had a call in a sketchy neighborhood, but even then the gun might still cause a stir. It made me extremely uncomfortable as I let this man into my garage. It's hard to make a clear-headed decision about your car when there's a man with a camera pointed at you and a gun on his hip in front of you. Such an odd and inappropriate approach. I would never use his service again. You're better off just taking your car to a mechanic, as the mobile one comes with a gun.
